Round Table Pizza

Went in to pick up an online order this evening and waited for one of the employees to acknowledge me. One guy came out from the back and I told him I was there to pick up an online order and he completely ignored me. After making my presence known to the other male employee in the back who was also oblivious that a customer was up front, a female employee (who was polite) came out and handed me my order. The two males working tonight are in serious need of some custom service training, and probably shouldn’t be working with the public.

We have been buying/eating Round Table Pizza for some time now without looking closely at the attached receipt s until now. I was so surprised/shocked at the breakdown of charges for a single pizza. We're going to think twice before eating at RT again.

Horrible customer service. 1. Employees called my wife the B word on the phone and when I called they acted as if they didn’t have a girl working at the time so it couldn’t have happened. 2. When I call and ask a question they want to short answer me then hang up before I’m done talking. Go to a different location!! I love round table so this sucks!

Reserved a party room with games for my sons 5th birthday weeks ago and just a couple hours away I get a call that the game room isn’t available. Could’ve let me know at least a day in advance. Had to switch our party place to a place that has games but no food so we had to tell our guests to get themselves food somewhere else before coming to our sons party instead of going to a food establishment with games as round table advertises

Worst pizza I've had in a very long time. How you you manage to burn peperoni so bad that it crumbles when touched but the rest of topping were uncooked. The garlic twist were finger thickness and very oily and burnt. This is the second bad experience in a few months. This used to be a good resturant.

Worst place to go it more then 45 min to get bread stikes and Mozilla stick and people who came in after me got there food for the money you pay I would not recommend this place

This was horrible service. Only came in for bread sticks and cheese sticks and had to wait because the sit down people "ordered online" for sit down and we have been waiting for almost 40 minutes. I hope my food is not cold.

Very disappointed in the service we received walked in for just bread twists and an order of mozzarella sticks and people after us were served before us and every time I asked something they told me it was an online order which I know could not have been true these people just randomly show up it is not right you should be serving the people that come in and not making them wait forever poor service. If i could do negitivr i would service has been going downhill will never return.

Very disappointed in the service. I pre ordered my food, said it would be ready by 5:05pm.. I didn’t leave until 5:30pm because it was not ready. Not only was it not ready, they got my order wrong and when I pointed it out the guy shrugged his shoulders and walked back to the kitchen.. the lettuce was also not good.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 4:27 it was promised at 5:36 that didn't happen. At 5:43 I get a text telling me my pizza will be delivered at 6:25 by door dash???? If I had known Round Table was going to pawn off their deliveries to a 3rd party I would have not gone through with the order. Well lucky me the pizza made it at 6:18 almost an hour later than promised and it only slight warm. If they don't care about their customers I don't care to go back.

UPDATE 9/21/24
Delivery is not what it used to be. Remember when pizza places would guarantee delivery within 30 minutes? Well, apparently not any more. The last 3-4 times we've ordered from here to deliver, it's taken anywhere between 1.75 - 2.25 hours! We only live around ten minutes away, which we would go to pickup but when adults are drinking, pizza sounds good. Sober? Not so much. Anyway, if you can get someone on the phone, you'll notice you're more of a nuisance than a customer. I guess that's the way the world is today, though. I can take bad customer service edecit, but for $63 for two pizzas (a large and a medium), I expect it to be delivered within an hour.

This place is one of the more common chains you will see here in the North West. It's grouped in with the typical Pizza Hut, Dominos, and other similar places, but it shouldn't be. Round Table is quality pizza. Instead think Godfather's or Bellagios.

Round Table has been one of my favorites for a while and its because their recipe is unique to the others. You can taste it. I've had a lot of luck with this location providing great flavor and quality consistently. Only once or twice have I noticed that the pizza might not be as "crisp" as it usually is. This place has never been late or over the 45 mins it usually quotes.

It's not cheap pricing, yet not as much as Godfather's and Bellagios. Its just solid pizza. Give it a try.

We went to this location for the lunch buffet, as advertised online. When we got there, we learned that they didn't offer it, and probably would not offer it for a while. However the lunch special they had was fantastic, and the staff working at the time were friendly, fast, and dedicated to satisfying their customers.

Kid-friendliness: There's an arcade room with maybe 6-10 games, and a bunch of TV's on the wall that played safe programming.
