Alex deserves a raise. One of the kindest and most attentive employee I’ve ever met. My day is always brighter when I get food here and he is working!!! Love the chicken here.

The food here is good, especially the pulehu chicken (for those like us from the islands, it closely resembles huli huli chicken). But twice now, we've ordered a side green salad and twice it was screwed up - the first time, they forgot it completely and the second, they didn't include the dressing, just large pieces of wet, soggy lettuce. A little attention to detail please, especially when we leave you good tips.

I love coming to this location and being so warmly greeted by Alex every time! He is consistently very bubbly, friendly, and efficient. I often see him bouncing around operating different stations getting orders out. Even when they are busy, he is always kind and slows down to make each interaction more personal. My order is never wrong when he’s here and his service is 10/10. Thank you Alex for making a regular out of me!

Curly hair, dermal piercing behind the counter needs either an attitude adjustment or a customer service training. Staring with a look makes people feel uncomfortable and usually won’t go back. Very disappointing because I eat at Roxy’s all over the metro area, not once have I felt uncomfortable until today.

used uber eats to order (10/26/25 at like 8pm) they forgot my drink and gave me the wrong side dishes. If they were out of stock they could’ve written a note or something. i’ll give my business to the cedar hills one lol

We have found our replacement to Sharis. More of an upgrade than a replacement. It is a little louder than I like, but that’s because it is busier than Shari’s.

Stopped to get lunch after my daughter’s soccer game with some of the team. They have your typical Hawaiian dishes that I’m used to seeing in Seattle area and in Hawaii. Like spam musubi and loco moco. Though I was a little sad to see they didn’t have spam fried rice. Another thing I noticed was they had couple other dishes that’s not Hawaiian but our Hawaiian friend did mention that Hawaiian food is like a fusion.

That being said the food was good. I decided to get katsu moco instead of the loco moco because I hadn’t seen that combination before. It was good but not amazing. Since katsu is crispy you have to eat it separately with the eggs and rice. Which is basically just having katsu on the side like other teriyaki restaurants. Next time I go I’ll definitely try the regular loco moco.

Price is normal like any fast food restaurants. They have Hawaiian sun which is a must for any Hawaiian restaurant 😀. Plenty of parking since it’s in a plaza.

This is a typical diner, esthetic wise. Nothing special. You place an order and wait for them to call your name. That’s why I gave it three stars for service and atmosphere.

Final verdict: definitely try this place out if you have an inkling for Hawaiian food, want to check out Hawaiian food for the first time, or if you just want good food to fill you up.
