Roxy's Island Grill

This place is one of my favorite places to go to for grilled chicken. The food is always hot and fresh with lot's of sauces to choose from. The employees are always amazing as well!!!!

My family has been a regular, weekly, customer at your Murrayhill location for the past 10 months since my house fire left us with no kitchen. Tonight I brought home dinner for my family and every order was wrong. I called the store and explained that I had ordered 4 Kalbi Rib dinners and received 4 plain grilled chicken dinners. The girl on the phone said "The ticket says ribs, it was a mistake in the kitchen. I can give you a voucher for 4 meals." I said "I will walk back, please put in the order for the ribs, and I will pick them up now." She agreed. When I arrived at the store, they got the shift lead to help. He printed a receipt for the wrong order while I stood there. I asked him to please pull my receipt from the stack by the register. He refused. Then the shift lead insisted that I needed to bring back the wrong plates even though I showed him a photo. I explained that there had been no mention of bringing it back, and I can't keep walking back and forth from home. He insisted that I had only paid for the chicken. Since I don't have a copy of the receipt, I offered to pay the difference. He refused. This is seriously the worst customer service ever.

Slowest roxys with the worst customer service. Take the extra 15 min and drive to another location.

There’s no a/c even when they claim there is, but the staff is very friendly and the food is excellent! Love coming here to eat.

Teriyaki beef wasn't as good as the first time

Wth, is this!!! I ordered DoorDash they got it from the Aloha location. I received the wrong order. I ordered a Beef Teriyaki Plate, spicy with 3 side of mac salad instead of rice, what I got was 1 side of mac, noodles a little bit of beef and chicken. I did not order the noodles and chicken, 2 sides of Mac Salad was missing, I am sure that they out someone's plate in my bag instead of mine, I also ordered Chicken fried rice, the worst fried rice I have ever had. I received no condiments, napkins or utensils, I can't even get a hold of Roxy's location. All meat was hard and very dry too. Whoever's order this was supposed to be wouldn't have liked it.

The chicken menu are good for the money. The service are top notch, however, the place looks old and worn and needs updates.

i got the Shoyu Chicken Plate Lunch with half orange chicken. it was very good, the shoyu chicken was a bit dry but it still had a very good flavor.

Why are portion sizes SO wildly different each time you go? Went today and the grilled onions I added came so burnt they were black. Asked for fresh onions and the older woman at the registered seems so disgruntled and bothered by my request. I can only imagine how she would’ve reacted if I had mentioned how small the portion size was. This place is so hit or miss.

Roxy's is fantastic a 10/10 restaurant. The service is always quick and friendly, the food is always hot and tastes great. My husband and I moved out of Oregon for a few years and the whole time we were gone someone would mention Roxy's at least once a month. 5 years later we're back and it's just as good if not better than we remembered it. Highly Highly recommend.

They lost my order and then instead of asking what I ordered they just decided what I wanted and the person picking up the food didn't check the order.
