Food is great but they will literally make you wait for your food so they can serve people that ordered after you before you. Go to a different franchise of this business and not this location. Absolutely garbage customer service, especially when the cashier and her helper laugh at you when you ask why the 10 people who ordered their food after you ordered already got their food while you’re still waiting.

Ordered online. Got confirmation email and they charged my card. Then they cancelled the order later, and it will take days to get the money back. I drove to the store not knowing it was cancelled. Waste of time and money!!

This is our go to Hawaiian location. We run a shop that closes at 7PM, so finding good food still open is a challenge. Even later in the evening we can get what we want. They now stay open much later so it's even less of an issue. Everything is always hot and freshly made and very tasty with friendly staff.

Alex deserves a raise. One of the kindest and most attentive employee I’ve ever met. My day is always brighter when I get food here and he is working!!! Love the chicken here.

The food here is good, especially the pulehu chicken (for those like us from the islands, it closely resembles huli huli chicken). But twice now, we've ordered a side green salad and twice it was screwed up - the first time, they forgot it completely and the second, they didn't include the dressing, just large pieces of wet, soggy lettuce. A little attention to detail please, especially when we leave you good tips.

I love coming to this location and being so warmly greeted by Alex every time! He is consistently very bubbly, friendly, and efficient. I often see him bouncing around operating different stations getting orders out. Even when they are busy, he is always kind and slows down to make each interaction more personal. My order is never wrong when he’s here and his service is 10/10. Thank you Alex for making a regular out of me!
