My family has been a regular, weekly, customer at your Murrayhill location for the past 10 months since my house fire left us with no kitchen. Tonight I brought home dinner for my family and every order was wrong. I called the store and explained that I had ordered 4 Kalbi Rib dinners and received 4 plain grilled chicken dinners. The girl on the phone said "The ticket says ribs, it was a mistake in the kitchen. I can give you a voucher for 4 meals." I said "I will walk back, please put in the order for the ribs, and I will pick them up now." She agreed. When I arrived at the store, they got the shift lead to help. He printed a receipt for the wrong order while I stood there. I asked him to please pull my receipt from the stack by the register. He refused. Then the shift lead insisted that I needed to bring back the wrong plates even though I showed him a photo. I explained that there had been no mention of bringing it back, and I can't keep walking back and forth from home. He insisted that I had only paid for the chicken. Since I don't have a copy of the receipt, I offered to pay the difference. He refused. This is seriously the worst customer service ever.
My first visit…to go order was ready early, very good start. The restaurant was very busy on Sunday, 6:00pm. The place was a bit unkempt, Disposable items left on floor and tables. Service was fast and friendly!!
When I got home, 2 miles away I served it and began to eat. The Teriyaki Chicken was tasty but COLD, Crispy Chicken, same issue. ALL the sides, delicious. Fried Noodles, yummy!!
Will return and try different items.

I ordered the loco moco and it gave me food poisoning. I’m assuming from either the rice that tasted like it sat out for hours or maybe the burger patty that tasted like an old hockey puck. Anyways I don’t recommend this location.

Amazing place, kinda small and slow but worth the wait. Exceptional food. So full and less than $15 per person

Chill Hawaiian that's consistent and tasty. I just wish the prices were the same as 2012.

Solid comfort Hawaiian food, but I removed a star because the chairs are pretty uncomfortable. Definitely somewhere where you'll want to take the food to go in my opinion.
An old favorite that I haven't been to in years... Still tasty; and pleasantly I don't feel like they've jacked up their prices and shrunk their portions like many other restaurants have. The best mac salad I've ever found.

I tried the Kalbi Chicken and it was well priced for $12 esp. for portion-price, you get a lot of rice and a generous amount of chicken. However the chicken is a bit dry and quite tasty as I used to have one in Hawaii but the Mac salad is very good and service is fast and friendly. I will try the Kalbi Beef rib next time cuz it seems tasty 😋

Great food! We love the Masubi’s but you gotta go early to get one! I love the teriyaki chicken and the meat patty and gravy, but yesterday, I tried Adobo chicken. It was delish! It’s one of our favorite spots! Nice staff, as well. Sorry no pictures. The Adobo chicken was Sunday’s special!

Scholls Fy and Cedar Hills are the best locations, in my opinion.

Great food! The food service is great. The only downside is watching a guy stocking disposable silverware, dropping forks on the floor, and putting it in the cleans... I didn't grab a fork and used a spoon instead.

Love Hawaiian food?? Then get yourself to Roxy's. Delicious! And absolutely get the Mac Salad. I don't generally like Mac Salad, I wanted seconds of this. Outrageously delicious.
