Needs better vegetarian options, but a lovely place!

Vegetarian options: I got the keiki veggie plate which is one of the only veggie options, even though you can make do with sides. I also got fried carrots. Neither were super well seasoned, honestly could use improvement, but they were cooked well!

Great food to be expected customer service for the northwest. Kinda like I’m here working why are you here eating. The two go hand and hand but sadly few customer service business can see the importance of this. Yes you can have great what gets someone to come back in good customer service otherwise people go elsewhere. The food is good but I go where they have customer service probably won’t be back.

This Roxy’s location serves delicious food. I love the variety you can get with the lunch plate. I ordered a lunch plate with katsu chicken and shoyu chicken, white rice, steamed vegetables, and fried noodles. I also ordered the fried carrots with Roxy sauce on the side. The food was really tasty. I especially loved the sauce they included for the katsu chicken. It was sweet and tangy.

Seating inside is limited, but I had no problem getting a table at noon on a weekday. The bathrooms were two individual, unisex stalls.

The staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance doesn’t include any steps. I think a wheelchair user might be able to get inside, but space for maneuvering could be tight due to limited space and a lot of people standing around waiting for their orders. At least one of the bathrooms is large enough for a wheelchair and is labeled as accessible.

Been to this location only twice and this last time waited almost 40 min for our food only for them to say they never put the order in. Asked for a refund and went to Roxy’s in Tualatin where we normally go, much better service and food even though Tualatin is always so much busier. Over 5yrs of going to the Tualatin location and that’s never happened.

Great food and service. Vibe is chill but a bit loud. Great lunch place on the daily. They know their regulars. Three days out of five, I'm liable to be getting the daily special.

First time ordering from Roxy's and it is the worst food I've ever had!! Absolutely no veggies in the house noodles and way over salted! They forgot half of the order and I called back several times and can't even speak to anyone!!! I will Never recommend them to anyone! I will NEVER go there again..... I'm absolutely disgusted with them...

First off Thank goodness I had a bag because the pint of pork grease spilled all over however as I opened the pint it looked like I already started eating it, even tho it’s my first time opening it. I’ve never seen a pint with a such stingy amount of meat. It’s Just disappointing when prices for food keeps rising

I've had roxy's quite a bit before and it was always good, the teriyaki beef plate, but the most recent time I went, the beef looked off but I spent $21 for food and tip so I forced myself to finish it and honestly it did not taste at all like before, very weird taste and 30 mins later I'm dry heaving and feel very sick, idk what happen to the quality of this place but it's gotten much worse for sure
