Love this place and the bobba is amazing!😋 although this location is closing they have another in Portland. Staff is so nice and accommodating 😊😊 I work next door at koba grill and they always bring it over when I'm busy. Gonna miss them! Amazing place Amazing people👍❤️ thank you all! Marla
First off, this place is never open. The hours are similar so those of a DMV or a small town credit union. Second, I paid $22 for 3 drinks which tasted horribly. I asked for a refund because those were the worst drinks I’ve ever had and the guy in charge was arguing with me and refused to give me a refund.
This is the best boba place I've found in the Portland area. It's the only one I go to consistently.
They don't know how to make bubble tea. the tea is weak and the drinks are not creamy. They also didn't brew the tea properly. Their sugar levels are also not standard. There is a significant difference between each sugar level. Their 50% is more like 80-100% compared to other bubble tea stores. If you go to 25%, theirbubble tea has no taste and this is how you know they use sugar to compensate. Good bubble tea should have flavor even with no sugar because the tea itself is flavorful and brewed properly. pro tip, only get bubble tea from taiwanese shops run by taiwanese/Chinese people. China has 1000s of years of expertise with tea and know how to handle tea properly. This owner is Vietnamese but they likely bought a taiwanese bubble tea franchise and don't know how to handle tea properly.

Been coming here for a year now. The drinks here are delicious. The boba pearls served are always soft and fresh! Brown Sugar Milk Tea is perfect, not too sweet compared to other spots. They also have a $5 reward system with your phone number! The inside is clean and there’s plenty of space to sit down as well. My go-to location always!!

My go to boba place! The mango drink is the best but because it's so fresh it's usually out of season except for the summer! Bring cash cause you get 7% discount too.

I ordered the milk tea, as it was their most popular drink. Being a big fan of milk tea, it didn’t really meet my expectations. It had a different flavor to the usual taste. It was a bit blend. Otherwise service was okay. It wasn’t busy at all. There we no people.

I thought I finally found a healthy real bobba only to discover that even though I say 0% sugar in the blended drink they ADD half and half AND CONDENSED MILK! :(I asked the lady to leave it out and she said there's no recipe without it.. guess I won't be going back.. too bad.
