Salt & Straw

Salt and Straw has always delivered no matter which location my wife and I have gone to. It’s been a staple for us since college days back in 2013. I’m glad they still have several original flavors and if you’ve never been I’d recommend the cinnamon snickerdoodle and chocolate gooey brownie double scoop in a waffle cone!

They have a great variety of flavors. Even not dairy ice cream.

I have been to this Salt & Straw location about a dozen times before, but this most recent visit was the best! Lucas was super friendly and generous with giving recommendations while my fiancée and I sampled about a half dozen flavors each. The Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache might just be their best flavor to date. Great service and the best ice cream in Portland - highly recommend!!!

Salt & Straw is s local gem for good reason. It’s not just good marketing, it’s not just because they have unique flavors, or that it’s a fun date stop, (& sweet if you can get a spot in front of the beaverton location’s outdoor fireplace!). It’s all of the above & it’s also just damn good, tasty, ice cream.

Interesting flavors and good customer service

Delicious! Really nice staff. Gooey Brownie was excellent. Nice seating area outside although in the winter inside seating would be nice.

Iconic place.always lives up to the hype. Plenty of flavor options and kids love the place.

I was here for the first time and tried cinnamon Ice cream. After long time had real ice cream. The staff is quite professional attentive and welcoming. Taste , service and ambience is just perfect for ice cream lovers !!

I ordered 4 pints and 4 Tacolates for pick-up. 😋 Hours later, at home, we realized we had only received 2 tacos. I called the Cedar Hills location and was able to speak to a manager, who ended up (to my surprise!) refunding our whole $75 order! S&S is already my favorite ice cream in the world, but now I'm also going to tell people about their excellent customer service. 🫶🏻 Thanks for going above and beyond to right a mistake. Our treats tasted even better (which is hard to achieve!!!).

Amazing ppl and ice cream

We had a flight of the strawberry balsamic black pepper, oregon olive oil, lavender honey, and pear bleu cheese, and a scoop of the creepy crawler critters seasonal. Every one was amazing, the ice cream is some of the best I've had.
