I have been going to sambi sushi since 2014 and let me be the first to tel you that The food is absolutely amazing every time. But what’s even better than the food is the amazing friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Their hospitality is out of this world. Best sushi I’ve ever had and they big tempura shrimp and veggie plate is to die for . Definitely recommend if your in the mood for some real sushi.

A recent stop requires an update.Always great, this time the sushi was the best I've ever had there.Those familiar with sushi bars know to ask the sushi chefs which is the best today.These professionals know the quality and freshness of what they have at the moment.I did, they did and WOW, were they correct!The very best sushi ever.Without divulging identities, a young chief laments doing what he does.I've done my best to let him know how valuable his expertise is to us who greatly appreciate it.

Incredible hole in the wall spot. Hidden gem of Raleigh hills and the best sushi around. Super friendly service that more than makes up for being slightly short staffed. Incredible fresh fish prepared expertly. Super cozy ambiance that makes for a wonderful dine-in experience. I will be coming here again, this is my new favorite spot for sushi.

The food was delicious and the service was incredible! We had our newborn in a stroller and they were extremely accommodating, making sure we sat somewhere that the stroller could easily fit. They even opened the door for us on our way out since we had our clunky stroller. This will be our new go-to.

So glad I found this place! Generous portions of fish for nigiri and sashimi. The curry was huge too. Kind wait staff and nice atmosphere. Will definitely come back next time I'm craving sushi.We came around when they opened at 4pm and their service was pretty fast.

9/10 times very good food. I think all the times I've been here, I've only gotten sick once ever.
I really enjoyed this place while I was in town. It was so good I ate there both days. First day I had ramen, the egg and other ingredients were unique and delicious. The second day I decided to learn about Japanese food. I got the Bento Box so I could try a lot of things. Each item was better than the last. The serve helped me enjoy the food, explaining the dishes and recommended a saki I really liked. I hope the closure truly is temporary. This place is a gem.

The freshness of the sashimi is awesome! The taste is authentic there is no unnecessary Americanized tastes added on! Servers are polite and friendly! Will definitely go back!Dietary restrictions: I limit my carb and sugar intake. The sashimi salad is the perfect option for me.
