I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Sharetea location. The employee who took orders that day, Cella, was completely unprofessional and failed to complete my order properly. Despite the long line of customers waiting, she spent about 15 minutes chatting casually with one of her friends who had come in to buy a drink, instead of focusing on her job.
Because of her lack of professionalism, I and several other customers were left waiting far longer than we should have. This delay caused me to be late for an important appointment. Buying a cup of bubble tea should be a simple and pleasant experience—not something that adds stress and wastes my personal time due to staff negligence.
For that reason, I chose not to leave a tip. When I did, Cella gave me a look of clear disdain, which only deepened my disappointment in the quality of service at Sharetea.
Friendly staff, great variety of drinks, and clean space!
I have been to this location many times and honestly have seen them be treated poorly and talked down to by entitled customers. Everytime I have come in the staff behind the counter has been helpful and accommodating thats in their capacity
Super rude and inconsiderate employee’s. Lots of attitude and not a lot of welcoming. They do NOT care about customers and are super insensitive to accommodations. Shame on them.
The drinks tasted authentic, I ordered a simple milk tea with boba which was delicious, but it was expensive and the wait time seemed long. I enjoyed the atmosphere with comfortable seats and a clean environment.
We had a frightening and unacceptable experience at this store. We ordered a drink with oat milk because my son has a severe dairy allergy. We made it very clear to the staff, and confirmed multiple times that the drink would be dairy-free. Despite this, the drink we received contained dairy (whether milk or milk powder, we are not sure, but it was not oat milk).
After drinking it, my son started to show allergic reactions — his tongue and throat began to swell, and he felt extremely unwell. For him, consuming dairy can mean a trip to the ER, an epinephrine injection, and potentially life-threatening anaphylaxis. Thankfully, this time we did not have to rush to the hospital, but he still suffered the entire afternoon.
When we confronted the staff, their attitude was shockingly careless. At first, they didn’t acknowledge the mistake until we insisted they recheck. When we asked for a manager, we were told there wasn’t one. The way they handled this situation showed a complete lack of seriousness and responsibility about food allergies.
This is not a small mistake — it could have cost my son his life. Food allergies are life-or-death, and the fact that staff treated it so lightly makes me question the training and safety standards of this store.
I am deeply grateful my son is okay, but what if this happens to another child or another family? The employees here urgently need proper training to avoid such dangerous errors.
I strongly urge anyone with allergies to think carefully before coming to this location. We will never return. I am also sharing my receipt and contacting the company through other channels, because this level of negligence is unacceptable.

Delicious tea and a pretty big menu with customization available. Attractive store with polite employees. Just a great place to visit if you want tea-related drinks or boba.
I’m a regular at this place, I really like their milk tea the only downside it’s that they are not consistent with their drink some days it’s pretty good others it’s like water no flavor at all. And I can’t waste my money because when it’s flavorless I don’t drink it.
So they need to be careful and have all employees in the same page otherwise the business won’t last very long. And this is not the first time it’s being several times.
The establishment offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The beverage selection is extensive, and the bubble tea with ice cream is particularly appealing. My family recently purchased five beverages, and each one was well-received. Customers can customize their drinks by adjusting the sweetness and ice levels. Service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. Furthermore, the pricing is competitive. I recommend this establishment.
Ordered the matcha pearl milk tea. It tastes horrible. I can taste the matcha powder when I drank the tea. The powder did not mix well with the tea. I wish I can ask for a refund. But I left the restaurant already.

my family and i have been here couple of times. the staff is always hardworking. it's a cute little shop with a great menu and good taste. however, we're pretty sure they used to have larger pearls and we're not sure if we keep getting the minis by accident, but we always order the regular ones. but we miss the big ones they used to have :/
Sharetea offers a variety of Bubble Teas in their shop. They're one of the few places that offers a good coffee boba selection. They've reduced their menu recently which removed 2 of my wife's favorite drinks which was a huge bummer. We've been having to go elsewhere for her drink lately, but They still have my favorites and they're made to perfection everytime.
Best place for bubble Chai Tea
Personally this is my go to spot for boba in beaverton, not only because the quality is pretty good and consistent, but also because they give you probably the most boba compared to other places like chicha san chen, happy lemon, or tea n tea. The interior may not be as cute or trendy as the other places but i usually don’t hang out there anyways.

This is one of the better spots for boba, especially with the kids around the neighborhood. They love it here! You can adjust the sweetness level, which is a big plus, and they even offer the option to split drinks, making it easy to share. I’m a fan of their taro smoothie, while the kids always go for the strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and ice cream. The variety of toppings is great, with lychee jelly, pudding, and pearls standing out as particularly good.
