We love going to our neighborhood Shari's because we love to see our favorite person there Frankie!! She is such a doll and a hoot!! She gives such good service and she doesn't mind talking to her customers, especially if there really isn't anybody else in her section at the moment, lol.

It was really quiet in the restaurant and our server and cashier were absolutely amazing plus the restaurant was very clean and orderly.

We are long standing customer of this Shari location. But lately, yesterday morning when we came, the attitude of the server was worst than normal. This is not the first time she has displaced a negative attitude. So, we decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Be careful on doordash, I'm continuously getting at least 1 mess up by cook. This is more than a mess up, it's not even edible, I can't believe the owners allow ti's to even be delivered. Please reach out, I'll show you receipt, this seems like stealing from customers. I can't get ahold of restraunt either. Also the restraunt decided to not give gravy with biscuit and gravy, shorted me 2 egs and baccon too. I've eaten in the cafe and ordered in the past it was 9k enough for 20 plus years I've been a customer.

Food came cold . The portion sizes were so small i have been coming here with my family for years at-least twice a month. Normally the server's here are soo sweet but today we got a red head that had no ppl skills. Took forever to take our order. Brought our food cold . Very disappointed

Went in to pick up a marionberry cheesecake pie since I enjoy their pie and wanted to share it with visiting family, lack of service so I walked out. Dropped in on 6/9 @130pm, waited at the counter. Saw 3 employees but no one even acknowledged me...not even when looking at me and the others waiting behind me. Maybe I should have yelled to the waitress what I needed like the door dasher that came in behind me. A quick acknowledgement and be with you in a few would have been great. But the waitress that saw me just walked on by or stood at the food pass waiting for food. With food costs these days and increased wages, I'll spend my money where I actually get service. As I turned to walk out, someone addressed the couple behind me! So maybe they just didn't want to serve me?

The establishment's service was highly disappointing, characterized by subpar customer care. Additionally, there was visible mold on the counter, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. I strongly advise against visiting this place.
