Shoten Japanese Dining

My lady and I LOVE trying new sushi places, and we are SO Happy we found Shoten! The staff are incredible, and the serving sized of the sashimi are amazing! First time we did not finish all of our fish in one sitting! Very fresh, clean, and great deal for the price! We will be returning, get used to us! 😁

Great food. We always get the bento for takeout and eat in. Very generous and a lot of variety. Orange chicken is highly recommended. We come here a couple times a month.

Such great sushi! We loved the volcano roll, and the tempura squid was so good! Everything was really fresh and beautiful presentation. Lots of cooked food options as well. Bento boxes had 4 options in them for a great price. Next time I'm trying the teriyaki 🤤🤤

This is some of the finest Japanese food I've ever had. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food was presented beautifully and every bite was tasty. The portion sizes were ample. All this for a very modest price as well.

I was the last order tonight for pickup. The avocado rolls and miso soups were fresh and delicious. I really appreciate having an outstanding sushi place in this area. Thank you Shoten for the many years of great friendly service and delicious food!

Order time and wait took over an hour. About (80 minutes). Ordered 2 rolls and a fish bowl. The miso soup came out cold, then the main dish came out an hour later… waiters are not attentive, and do not wear professional clothing.

Hate to be critical but, (Waitress has crop top, jeans, crocs and with a phone strap, jacket tied along her waist).

The food came in stages, about 25 minutes apart from each other, so some of my family waits while others eat.

However they still take non stops to-go orders and kept seating customers.

Please focus on attending to your seated customers first, before taking to- go orders 😂

yakisoba was very bland and the noodle thickness was not typical, very thin.

The staff is very kind. We ordered bento. Beef ribs and spicy pork. We also had a bulgogi meal. The bulgogi and spicy pork had an authentic Korean taste. The beef ribs were very tender and had an also great taste. The sushi called Scallop Volcano was also very good. we couldn't dine in because we had a dog with us, but the food was very delicious. We stopped by on the way back from Portland before heading to Washington. We will definitely be back. I'd love to this restaurant open in Washington too!!

Very comfortable little sushi place. 🍣 my friend and I enjoyed our food very much. The monkey balls were my favorite 😍😋 the sushi portions are huge which makes it awkward to eat but nice and filling. The service was great. Out server checked on us frequently.
