Ki Coffee & Brunch

When they say everything on the menu can be made vegan, they mean it! From the eggs, to the bacon, to the sausage, whatever you want can be made plant-based for only a 1.50 upcharge. I got the one Platter made vegan and it was very good! No complaints. My family enjoyed their meals and Ube brownie coffees. Friendly staff and the place could use better ventilation.

This coffee shop cafe slash gift shop is OK.

This shop was cute but crowded. Crowded with retail displays, tables, chairs and service carts. The space was more for the retail, less for the comfort of the customers.

The store also had what appeared to be a pop-up cookie business selling cookies at their own table separate from the stores sales counter/cashier.

The food was basic and tasted fine. The coffee and drink options were good.

Single, couples and families with children were dining at this shop on a Saturday morning. It was crowded.

The service desk/cashier area was poorly designed and akuward for the customer to order from.

The seating was hard and uncomfortable.

I hope to check this place out on a quieter and less busy time.

Parking: Handicap parking is near the entrance.

Kid-friendliness: Not the best for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: The space has many tight passage ways. It is so able with assistance.

The staff here are excellent, kind and knowledgeable of their menu. The cardamon latte is my absolute favorite. The sandwiches here are also fairly portioned and delicious. I spend a lot of time here and the staff are always eager to help their customers, even if it is clear that they are understaffed. When it’s busy, it gets VERY smokey inside because of the cooking. Its unpleasant, I leave the cafe with tears in my eyes. My hope is that this problem is addressed soon, because it is becoming unbearable and unsafe for customers and staff.

Ordered from the table menu expecting food would be brought out. Waited over an hour at a table for my food. Went up to the counter after 40 mins to check on it and they said it was coming out soon. I waited 20 more minutes and then went to the counter again for them to say oh it's been ready at the front by the to go orders the whole time, so now it's all cold! Thank you for nothing! Extremely poor communication and workflow. Will never be coming back. Waste of my time and money. Should be refunded, but I was running late and had to leave.

Please address the exhaust fan issues - the air is so bad in here on a busy morning. It’s so bad for the staff and customers. I love the coffee and food here but the air quality isn’t getting addressed as the food menu has gotten more popular.

Y’all need to get an exhaust! It makes it slightly unbearable and smoky inside. Suffocates people trying to eat. Other than that, food and service were excellent!

Waited 30 minutes(!) for what's basically a machine made latte. Way overpriced.
The environment is a kitchen-smoke filled health hazard with no ventilation. You can literally see the grease hanging in the air. All of our clothes smelled like bacon just from a few minutes inside to order.

Stay away.

I've only just moved to the area and I've been going to Ki coffee regularly! They have highchairs and so I've gone with my daughter in the mornings for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. She loves it and the people have been so kind and welcoming. They also have a cute shop at the front which I love. I've gotten both the Bear Hug and Mr Tanuki lattes and they were both amazing. And I'm such a sucker for the cute quirky names.
The only downside is that sometimes there isn't an available table because they are just that popular!
I look forward to trying more things on their menu.

The cardamom coffee that used to be served here was exceptional, but recently, there has been a noticeable decline in the intensity of the cardamom flavor :(

I have been going to Ki Coffee for years, and today I had the worst experience that’s led to the decision to take a break from supporting this business. I ordered an ube latte, blended London fog, and a breakfast sandwich via the online ordering system. At pick up, the ube latte looked like a normal latte and had no purple hue; with a small sip that was confirmed. We went back in to ask for clarification, or to fix the drink. The girl I spoke to said she would remake it. 30 seconds later, a man handed me the same drink they incorrectly made, with purple syrup now on the bottom. Even after mixing it the color did not change. I’ve included a picture of the “fixed” drink. I’ve never had this kind of experience of being pushed to the side before at this coffee shop. The interaction with the employees left a sour taste in my mouth and I’m sad to say that it will be a long time before I consider coming back to this location. The food tasted great like always, that was the only positive aspect of this experience.

This place would be great but the smell of bacon is ruining my experience. Id give 5 stars but I really wish they'd stop cooking bacon. I can taste the bacon in my coffee when I take it to go
