Why I don’t frequent Starbucks much anymore? It’s not not coffee as it is the same delicious tasting coffee. It’s not the service although I find it inconsistent with great service in one site and poor in another. It about your rewards! I used to get a free latte every once in a while and it gave me the incentive to keep coming back but now I find the rewards hard to use and confusing and to top it off they expire too soon. Starbucks if you want to grow your sells then don’t make them harder to use and have them expire. This change I am sure was generated by your finance division as I don’t think your sales would approve. This happens when a company gets too big to understand its customers and seeks profit instead of sales.

Despite being a regular customer who consistently left a decent tip, I frequently received incorrect orders. I have reason to suspect it was intentional. I told them it is hot inside, so they increased the temperature even more. That is how loyal customers are treated here if they are not local. Some baristas never smile.
But the girl with the ear tattoo and the guy with the hand tattoo were the kindest. The girl named Emma was catty. So increasing the rating to 4.

We had just left a different location with a coffee that was not good but too far to go back; so we stopped by to buy a different one.
Isaac (the barista) offered great advice on how we can better order in the future, had a remake made for free (which was delicious). Not only did they provide outstanding service and help, but had a great personality and really made our day so much happier.

Can't take my dog for his pup cup anymore cause he isn't a service animal, so won't be spending my money at this location. He loved going to Petco and coming in, but no more.
Staff seemed to always be happy and loving he would stay in my hands and never cause any issues.

For me, this is the best Starbucks in the area, mainly because of the friendliness of everyone who works there. My usual drink is the Dark Roast Drip Coffee, and the flavor is perfect. I highly recommend this location, and also because they go the extra mile to get your drinks or food to you as quickly as possible. Thank you so much, friends!
I ordered two falafel pockets, and they sent two chicken pockets. I am a vegetarian, I don't understand how the two could've been mixed up. That sucks, because I really liked the staff here too.

Very busy location so I recommend doing a mobile order if you're in a rush, but the staff is very kind and helpful when customers have extra needs (vision impaired and need guiding to a table, have small children and may need help holding something, etc). Location is also very clean and organized :) Thanks for helping me get my caffeine fix

This Starbucks location is fantastic. They're open as early as 5am every day, which means I can go in after work so I don't have to wait half an hour or longer for my train home. Especially good on cold mornings. I usually get breakfast here on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
