To be clear, the baristas are AMAZING and are doing their best! However, whoever is in charge of staffing (I assume corporate) is not doing a good job because this location is always incredibly understaffed. It makes me want to shop at a different coffee shop, I may not go to Starbucks anymore if this is how they treat their employees!

I’ve come here a few times and wait times are 10-15 minutes walk in. Today was the last straw as they didn’t even catch payment didn’t go through (although I heard it beep and it sounded like it did, and I was asked to get copy of receipt, which I declined).
It was 3 pm Sunday and wasn’t even peak hours.
Terrible service. Never returning again. Finally after I use up the credit I’m likely never getting Star Bucks anymore (unless I’m in Japan - selections and service is phenomenal).

I would rate the interior of this location as one of the most attractive Starbucks restaurants I have ever been in. Rich wood grain colours in the tables and walls, brick accenting the menu boards, and luxurious leather backed chairs around very generously-sized tables. On to the visit: all good. Was here bright and early (6 AM) on an autumn time-change morning, parked only 50 ft from the entry, received a pleasant greeting when I walked in, and had my coffee barely 5 minutes later. Baristas friendly, overall an excellent rating for this Beaverton OR Starbucks.

Love my morning crew! A new trainee, Patrick, is getting great support from his team. It's such a friendly place, and the encouragement of the new trainee makes my heart happy. Such a pleasant visit with fast and friendly service. Patrick really came in to save the day at the register. I'll keep coming back here ❤️

By far the best starbucks location in the PNW…!! The location itself is snug, super clean inside, super welcoming.. my drinks here are always exquisite and consistently delicious.. shoutout to the starbucks team here.. constantly making my mornings RIGHT.!

The manager walked right past me without making eye contact even though I was standing at the counter and I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for service because she and another employee were discussing non-work related items because she “was on break”. During that time the baristas who were managing the window and espresso bar had a order returned and that was clearly made wrong because the acknowledged it and then talked very very poorly about the customer who returned it right even front of me. They even made eye contact with me and knew I could hear every nasty word they said. Honestly this was super sad to see, I am someone who lives less than 2 blocks from here and like to frequent this establishment 3-4 times a week but now I think I will probably seek out another location even though it’s inconvenient. Pretty disappointed and it is obvious this behavior stems from poor leadership.

I could go on forever about how awesome each staff member is. Gina, especially, is the reason I’m writing this review. She helped me with a refund I was avoiding because I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but she made the whole thing super easy and was really understanding and kind. Big shout out to Gina! I love coming here.
This Starbucks had me all nostalgic: low ceilings, cottagey feel, warm and intimate environment, old school layout... It was great. Well staffed and clean. I held back a star because my loaf was obviously older (stiff, stale), and I watched the barista make my drink wrong. He ignored a direction and then completely forgot one of the ingredients. I'm glad I was standing there so I could talk to him about it rather than discovering the issue down the road.
