Starbucks

Such slow service but im sure to some it is worth the wait

The reason I gave the stars is because there where alot of workers and maybe they where in middle of shift change but didn't say if they were and was super slow considering there where 4 workers 🤔 ill will go back again to see if it changes.

I have experienced some depression that comes from a near death recovery. Fortunately, the staff at this particular Starbucks has offered me moral support that helped keep me positive in the midst of the depression. I am hoping to visit this location, and order my hot beverage, on a regular basis

The service was great today.. William did an awesome job had great customer service. no complaints or faces made as I usually see with others at this location.

Great atmosphere and service but food is average at best and coffee is not great.

I came in for my birthday drink and the 3 people working there were the best at all the locations, Cherish, Angus, and Callie. They are great...greeted me and treated me so nicely, made my drink recommended something even better than I ordered, gave me a cake pop also, the drink is really good. This is my location that I will call my go to Starbucks. I definitely recommend this location....

I changed my review because this time is worst than the other so I don't want to give them any star. the drink was small for 6,25 $ and the whole cup was just ice cubes

I have sat here for an hour. There are three men working today. Their customer service is interesting..
They speak to certain customers… they call out some of the names…
Someone needs to teach them better customer service.
Just because people don’t look like them… or whatever..
Treat everyone as if they are the first customer. Speak to everyone or no one…
They got my order right which is great to me. Thank you.
Customer service sucks.
Usually when I come the other people that work here don’t act like this.

Starbucks needs to make sure ur employees treat and speak to everyone!

Had to repeat order four times, they kept getting it wrong. Wasn’t super busy and it took a long time for our order and one drink took even longer. Interesting Starbucks experience! Drinks were good when we got them though

I come here every morning only because it’s close by. I always order hot drinks and they always give me ice drinks all the time. Theres a short hair girl with bangs she made my drink ice and i had asked her to make it hot. She just poured it in a hot cup and gave it to me. RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

The Starbucks in our neighborhood is a convenient spot, being close to our house. The service is consistently reliable, and the staff is always friendly and prompt. It's become a dependable go-to for a quick coffee run.

Coffee was good, I came there for breakfast every morning if I had time. But My favorite drinks are the Vanilla bean frap and the Strawberry frap… AND THE SUMMER DRINK I FORGOT WHAT IT WAS

Super slow. I could have gone home, dug my manual laté machine out of my closet and made one faster, and saved some money while I was at it.

It appeared that in-person customers do not have priority over the delivery services, and there were a whole lot of those. Best to skip this Starbucks if you have other things to do.
