Iāve been a regular at this Starbucks customer for the past six months to a year, consistently ordering a Venti Frappuccino with extra whipped cream and two extra shots. Since I always pay extra for the add-ons, the baristas have always put it in a Trenta cup to make sure it all fits. That consistency was part of why I kept coming back.
On my most recent visit, the new manager flat-out denied doing this, telling me it was āinconsistent,ā while she herself was being inconsistent with how Iāve always been served here. When I told her I could just go to a different Starbucks and get it made the way itās always been done, she said she would call all the managers in the area to make sure none of them would put it in a larger cup either. Instead of taking care of a loyal, paying customer, she seemed more concerned with enforcing rules than providing good service.
What makes this even more frustrating is that both Black Rock and Dutch Bros put my drink in a larger cup with no issueāitās not hard to take care of your customers. This just goes to show that Starbucks is more focused on squeezing every dollar than building customer loyalty. After all the money Iāve spent here, it may be time to switch.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. The barista who made my drinkāa girl with short blonde hairāwas incredibly unprofessional and created a noticeably negative atmosphere for both staff and customers. When preparing my drink, she was aggressive and didnāt follow the customization I requested. I asked for light ice and extra cold foam, but instead received a drink with chunks of undissolved matcha, extra ice, and barely any cold foam. To top it off, she threw the blender into the sink in a way that seemed full of irritation. This kind of behavior is definitely not what I expect from Starbucks service.

I always enjoy going to Starbucks! Lately I've been getting a couple of espresso shots and adding a protein drink to it and it is oh so delicious! Get my caffeine AND protein, it's a win win! šÆ

Maybe the best location Iāve visited as far as service goes. Staff is quick and always really friendly. They havenāt gotten my order wrong any time Iāve been in, either. Food is fine; they donāt do anything wrong, it just is what it is. As with most coffee houses itās kind of noisy, otherwise the atmosphere is nice enough. The fireplace makes it kind of cozy.
