Jennifer in particular stood there looked at the line and continued to talk to her coworker that had no name badge. And still gave me attitude when I asked to scam for points. If you don’t like your job get a new one.

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited over 25 minutes with only 3 more clients before me and never received my order because the staff ran out of cups and completely forgot to make my drinks. When I asked about the delay, they treated me as if I was lying and asked for my receipt — only then did they realize they had neglected my order.
I requested a cancellation and presented the receipt, but the employee was rude, offered no apology for the mistake or her behavior, and failed to process the refund. As a result, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge myself. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a company like Starbucks.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Lesson learned — I will never return to this Starbucks again.
Management should seriously reconsider the training and professionalism of their staff to prevent situations like this from happening again

I wish I got the girls name, but we loved her sweet attitude! She described the different drinks and was right on so we were very happy with our choices based on how she described them!

This Starbucks inside Target is quite nice and very clean. The service was great, and the employees working there were quite nice. It's a great place to get your daily coffee and something to eat as well. Would recommend checking it out and getting yourself something tasty.
