I bought my coffee at another location and upon returning home I realized that they did not prepare it the way I wanted. So I went to Safeway in Aloha or to exchange it and they were very rude to me saying go back to the location where you bought it.

Every time I’ve gone it’s been a 15+ minute wait. Had the bf stop and grab me a coffee on his way home the other day and they had a note saying “be back in 10” he waited around for 20 minutes. Just went in today at 8:10am and the barista says she’s closing after the girl infront of me… but they had just opened…

starbucks workers had terrible attitude they act like they don’t get paid to be there I don’t recommend this place
Made a mistake and ordered a regular 2% latte but wanted soy. The manager said I could keep the other one they made but charged me for the soy and was rude and unfriendly when making the new one, treating me as an irritant and as though I was lying to get a free one. The young guy making the drinks was polite enough and was trying his best. I frequent this Stabucks when at Safeway on a fairly regular basis, but the treatment from the manager has changed my mind about visiting again. As someone who was a Barista for years, this is NOT how you treat customers. Yuck! Also, the wait is typically horrendous and they never have enough employees working and they often run out of cups! So mismanaged!P.S. Walked by again as manager was closing and she was going off about her job to another employee. Maybe it's time to get a new one?

I get Venti lattes at Starbucks. Always a delicious treat. Did you know that Starbucks coffee has 295 MG of caffeine? One shot of espresso has 65 mg....Very interesting. ENJOY!
