I would give 0 stars if possible, Drive thru customer service was severely lacking. For being baristas they fail at their job at making good coffee or even decent coffee and hot chocolate which is embarrassing. They need a whole new staff revamp. The management should be embarrassed of their team and work ethic. You guys should probably quit your day jobs and try McDonald’s, that’s a hard job to fail at.

I waited 15 min for a tall coffee with cream and sugar. While everyone else got their drinks I did not. Everyone was laughing and having a good time in the back but come on, 15 min?

One of the best Starbucks in the area. I've only done the drive through but it's fast and service is great every time. Sometimes they even upgrade my drink. They have never messed up any of my orders. I recommend if you are in the area.

The morning crew is generally always kind and warming the afternoon crew is dreadful, got my order wrong it was literally one drink with sub milk and then gave me so much attitude such a shame as the location is nice and perfect for studying ?

Placed a mobile order, and 2x placed it to the wrong cedar hills location. This location, my wanted designation for my drink, not only took the time to help me select the correct store(blonde lol) during a busy time but they remade my drinks perfectly and we're so nice during the entire encounter.

I had a mobile order for a Venti frap and a coffee cake. When I arrived there was just a coffee cake sitting there, so I waited... for 5 minutes and waited for someone's attention until I finally got ahold of someone and said "my drink is missing from my order." And they apologized and made me the wrong size as a replacement. I was nearing the window of being late for work. And I didn't say anything. They did not offer a refund. This starbucks has the worst customer service since I started working around the corner. The employees are not friendly. They act like it's a burden when you ask for basic accommodations like a straw. It's been an ongoing thing for a while and it's not the first time my drink was been stolen either.
