Starbucks has been my go to since it opened in the 70s and this location is no different. My (ex)wife and I frequent this location. However I have an incident I thought I’d share. I always order my usual black coffee with no cream and as I took a sip I realized some cream had been added. I went up to the counter and asked if this was a mistake and an employee, who’s name is lost on me, but I believe was Dean, Diana, Diane, or something of the sort told me to “buzz off” and when I protested, she rounded the corner and attempted to football tackle me with the force of an NFL Defensive Lineman. Luckily my football experience from back in the day saved me from a brutal hit from this Dean, Diana, Diane, individual. Just a warning to the fellow Starbucks enjoyers: this individual has a look in her eyes that could make God himself leave a one star review, BEWARE. The coffee with cream was still pretty good though. My (ex)wife complained about her coffee, but what can you expect 😂

My mocha was made very well however I witnessed an older lady scream at a younger worker until she ran into the back sobbing. I hope this isn’t the regular atmosphere in this Starbucks because it was very disheartening to see. I found out her name was Diane and this was common after talking to another worker. This isn’t the environment I want my local starbucks to be curating.

No longer using this location. They are constantly slow and get my orders wrong all the time. The employees at this location also walked out during the dress code debates causing the location down the street at hall and cedar hills blvd to be slammed with customers while understaffed. If you don't agree with the dress code get a new job

I’ve been going to Starbucks for over twenty years and I’m fed up with how awful and inconsistent the drinks are. I just hit my limit today. I had a drink remade twice and finally just asked for a refund. The drink was made three times and tasted completely different every time they remade it. “Mocha,no whip” came as;
1) Seemingly no coffee or flavor. Just sugar milk.
2) Just straight up burnt coffee with milk and no flavoring.
3) Made with whip even when clearly stated “no whip” on the drink ticket and also doesn’t much taste like chocolate. Chocolate adjacent.
How does this happen? Bad training, bad supervision or inconsistent ingredients? No idea but this is a COMPANY WIDE problem. Every location is like this now. Twenty plus years coming once or even twice a day. Gone. Not coming back to Starbucks. I’m not even going to get my free drink. Just gonna delete that app outright.

Drinks are always made incorrectly, even when you specify when ordering to please include certain items that are already supposed to be included. For example I order extra whip for my mochas (which are supposed to have whip anyways) and am charged for extra whip, and then they don’t include it anyways. Drinks are also made partially full often.

The location is great and the cafe is clean. Sadly the service leaves a lot to be desired.

It's a store where some of its employees truly need to stay home and never work at Starbucks again. The miserable attitude of the supervisor and some employees makes it seem like the corporate office really needs to pay more attention to its stores. Several baristas aren't very willing to remake what you order, even if they've made a mistake.

I like how they are using glass cups to save all the waste. Not sure why its so cold at Starbucks but my MacBook certainly appreciates it.

The Starbucks location is great. They provide excellent service, and I'm pleased with Starbucks new machine for brewing fresh bean coffee.

I would give 0 stars if possible, Drive thru customer service was severely lacking. For being baristas they fail at their job at making good coffee or even decent coffee and hot chocolate which is embarrassing. They need a whole new staff revamp. The management should be embarrassed of their team and work ethic. You guys should probably quit your day jobs and try McDonald’s, that’s a hard job to fail at.

I waited 15 min for a tall coffee with cream and sugar. While everyone else got their drinks I did not. Everyone was laughing and having a good time in the back but come on, 15 min?

Exceptionally slow service inside. My husband got his drink 20 full minutes before me. Might as well go through the drive if you want a drink in a reasonable amount of time.
