The person named Jen, that was the name they gave me, she took the order and was extremely unprofessional. My little daughter is learning how to order and the lady was so aggressive that she started yelling at a little girl telling her to hurry up. She wouldn't let me talk so we could order. We couldn't even order everything we wanted. Very bad service, an extremely unpleasant experience. It took them more than 10 minutes to give me information on where I could call because they knew what this person had done. Very bad service. I definitely do not recommend this place, very bad service, I hope this helps them to do something about it.

Mocha tastes like milk just mixed with water. No coffee taste or any sweetness. I kept trying other drinks there a few times, but they're just as terrible.

They seriously need to start teaching their employees how to close a lid. The girl gave me my drink with the lid open and this happened. I spent 6 bucks on a drink that ended up in my cupholders and on my seats
I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with oat milk thru the drive thru, when I got home I found my drink had no oat milk.... So I ended up with a drink I paid extra for and I can't drink. Not pleased. People were nice enough, just bunged up the drink.... Moral of the story check your drink before you drive off

Waited 10 minutes, wrong drink made twice. Then insisted on a refund you refused to refund the entire order wouldn’t even give the tip they screwed up on back to me. I get the same drink everyday for 10 years and will never buy Starbucks again. Horrible way to do business rude!!!! Manager is a joke

Every time I visit this location, the drive thru moves at a snail’s pace. Thankfully, the parking lot and drive thru is getting updated/redesigned.

My husband and I have been going here for years now, and as of late, the service has gone downhill. They are not making drinks for customization anymore. Just yesterday, I ordered a Venti Strawberry Lemonade Acía with extra strawberries and two scoops of raspberry pearls. I ordered our drinks on the app and went through the drive-through to help streamline the process. We got to the drive-through window and were handed the drink, which had little to no strawberries and hardly any raspberry pearls. Not to mention, when we got to the drive-through window, the lady tried to charge us for different drinks after we said we had a mobile pickup. This is the 3rd time in three weeks that they have screwed up my order.

The people working here had such nice energy and curtesy with the customers. That's the only reason I'm posting a review ? Starbucks is pretty much the same everywhere, but I enjoyed being there to prep my class and tried their summer drink, which was super fun!

On Thursday, June 27, 2024, I decided to grab coffee before going home. Not knowing the area, I hurried to the nearest Starbucks, which was on Cedar Hills in Beaverton, OR. Granted, I got to Starbucks at 8:25 pm when they were closing at 8:30 pm. I completely get it. I ended up going to the window 1st incorrectly, but thought I'd ask quickly if they would serve me since it was late. I could see two workers standing inside doing nothing. I tooted my horn three times to try & get their attention, only to be ignored. I quickly drove around the building to the speaker and put in my order. As I came to the window to pick up the order. I see a female look over & give me a dirty look. The male there came over & gave me my drink. I started to thank him for waiting for me & give him a tip, only to have him quickly give me the drink & SLAM the window closed. Now, do you think Im going to tap on the window & give them a tip?? Again, I know it was close to closing time. But has anyone heard of still greeting a customer with a smile and thanking them for stopping?? When I worked, I did. I took pride in my work & knew I was representing the company. They couldn't take two seconds to be polite. I'll NEVER come back here again.

Went through the drive thru this morning, I hardly ever go to starbucks but today I wanted a bagel, when I got to the window the batista was polite up until I got my food. I turned to say thank you and have a nice day, and the batista put her hand up to stop me from talking, barely looked at me and said "have a nice day" with a rude tone, then turned her head away from me and started having a conversation with their team member. In my opinion, that was rude. Another reason why I don't like starbucks ?
