The place is surrounded by the roads with vehicles driving all around. There is no safe passage for pedestrians - you have to go around the cars moving from the "Drive Through". This is the worst Starbucks cafe in terms of safety I've eve encountered and I won't visit it again .

SOS...jacked prices for ridiculously simple, low cost of goods, product. $22.95 for the ugliest xmas mug that after Xmas they can't give away. Waste of Chinese plastic. And then we are talking single origin coffee...$36/lb. I think I would rather have a fillet mignon for that price.

Coffee was typical starbucks.but my god, the 21 min wait after ordering to get to the window ,then it took another 3 min for my 2 coffees to be finished! No apologies or explanation from staff.it was not busy inside at all either. If you are in any kind of hurry do not go to this drive thru!!!

Terrible experience. We were in line for about 30 minutes (only 2 cars in front of us BTW) and by the time we made it to the window to pay and get our 2 regular nothing fancy drinks and the girl at the window had NO clue what was going on and just seemed completely out of it. We finally paid. She walks away and then comes back 10 minutes later and asks if we paid. Seriously? Yes, you just took our payment. And then she asks what we ordered. What the heck is going on here?! She then proceeds to look around and realizes our drinks have been just sitting there. Hands them to us and says something about not knowing what happened. We asked for straws and she just stares at us. We then Said it’s been over 30 minutes for this coffee we need straws we need to go. She is still confused. We had to tell just give us straws please! She finally hands them to us and we leave. This was the most insane experience we have ever experienced. Do better.

I enjoy Starbucks alot. This particular one has an employee problem. It feels like they don't want to be there...I'm typically a generous tipper as I worked as tipped labor for decades....when you nonchalantly push a tip jar towards me as I'm paying..my generosity tends to stop.

I consistently have to check on my orders after waiting 20 or more minutes. I try to avoid this

Great coffee, they need to stay open later. Can't complain about the service, other than wishing the drive thru had their own experesso machine vs sharing

The lady there had great customer service. I needed two ice waters with my order and it's nice they are free. That was great because I needed to take my medicine. The line was long in the drive through though there was at least 15 people in it. It took a while waiting. And if you change your mind you can't get out of it, it s one lane.Parking: Large parking lot in front of it.

I visited this Starbucks today and ordered on the app and went to wait for my drink in the lobby. After waiting for almost 20 minutes I finally went to check in with the barista, they were already behind and defensive from the jump when I inquired about my order. I was never rude but after she told me that she didn't have my sticker, I asked how that could happen because my food had already come out and people who came in long after me had already come and gone. Someone of authority came out (manager, shift supervisor??) who said their mobile system was down. Neither the barista nor the supervisor would look for my sticker or take a drink order. I tried to tell them I was going to go run an errand and come back but they deliberately avoided me so I just left. I came back about 10 minutes later and asked them if they had ever gotten my drink, I was told "well we have a bunch right here so maybe it's there" by the supervisor, but I knew already none of them were mine. I tried to tell them this but they just walked away. I asked the barista if she had any more orders and she said in the bitchiest tone "no we don't" and walked away. I tried to ask her "well, can you make my drink" but once again, the workers literally avoided me never apologizing, never offering to make it right. I get that maybe some other customers had been rude or the workers were stressed by the pace of the job, but when you literally lost a drink from someone who ordered 45 minutes earlier it would have been nice to be treated with an ounce of human dignity. I understand that service is hard, but there was literally no reason to be so incredibly annoyed and rude with me.

I think she's a training manager (red streaks in hair), and she's pretty loudly explaining to 2 staff members at a table how to learn a bit to interact with customers and agreeing with whatever they say, "even if youre lying". And look, I get where she's coming from. I get the premise, but I wouldn't recommend sharing this aloud on the sales floor cause now it seems disingenuous and the facade is broken for all that heard her, Lol
