They’re a lot better since the older lady doesn’t take orders anymore (the one in all the other reviews) and a lot more friendly.

It's within the Safeway. I have a 25 dollar gift card I need to use up so I went and got myself a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino! Straight iced fire!!Went with the venti, which is slightly larger but only 40ish cents more.Parking: Park in the Safeway parking lot.

This is the worst place to get coffee in the morning. Went in during a time I knew that they would be busy and there were 5 people ahead of me and that would have been fine except there was only one person working meaning that the person taking your order was also the person making your order and after waiting in line for 15 minutes only one person had been helped. Left without getting anything and went to one of the many other places to get coffee that are within 2 miles from here. Won't be going back.

I have to agree with the other posts here. This kiosk inside this Safeway is the only nearby Starbucks and the only nearby morning espresso place. I've never had great service here but it's been ok if I was in a pinch.I've also been told on one visit the machines were being cleaned and I'd have to wait.There is a new walk up window coffee option in a plaza across Allen Blvd. from here, also serving tamales & Mexican influenced coffee drinks. I can't wait to try it.Otherwise drive up Murray to Human Bean or try one of the nearby boba tea shops or McMenamins later in the day.

I was running late for work but still needed my morning hot tea. So I had to stop at Safeway. While there I decided to go ahead and get tea at Starbucks. I noticed they do not have anything close to the tea I drink so I just ordered a large hot water. The short loud, obviously in charge gave me a sigh look then grabbed my double cup. Instead of putting hot water in the cup she put a pitcher under the hot water and turned it on, put her back to it turned towards the training person and continued to rant about giving out water and how they cannot just give there cups away. She ranted about if they order more than one or multiple cups of water to only give them the smallest cups because they just can’t give all of their large cups away. By this time her pitcher was half full and the trainee addressed me that she would be right with me. Then the rude loud mouthed lead person said” I already have her. Then finally gave me my hot water. I proceeded to ask how much was it because she continued to give me a ride look while saying “there’s your water”. I then for the second time I asked for the total to pay. Then she proceeded very rudely to shake her head basically saying that it was free. I responded back with “ I didn’t know it was free. I had my wallet out to pay the entire time. I believe that she made her trainee feel very uncomfortable. This is not how you train, more less treat first time guest because I was going to get a lemon cake slice. Unfortunately, instead of asking me if I wanted anything else she began ranting about my hot water order. There is know way I was going to spend my money when someone is being extremely loud and rude. Lost sale!!!!!I’m a guest service expert, so if you need I could certainly train your trainers how to greet and serve professionally! I won’t be back. Uncalled for situation! I’m very disappointed in Starbucks today ?

This is NOT a drive thru location. Drive thru is checked but no drive thru. We had to stop and go in to order. Not helpful.

Every morning their espresso machine is either broken or not working or dont have any coffee ready. So if you were wanting coffee in the morning don’t go to this local Starbucks until after 2 PM to get coffee.

Yummy ? and great customer service. Overpriced off course but if you have the Safeway app they often give you a $2 any grande drink which is awesome ?
