Came all the way out here and the workers are striking. It just epitomizes the dysfunction of the Portland metro area. So glad I’m leaving this place. I’m sure this Starbucks will eventually shutter, like their other ones around town.

Service was good. Ordered a black coffee, terrible. Beans taste like they were roasted in a dirty Domino’s Pizza oven.

Great atmosphere, comfy seating, and reliable Wi-Fi make this a solid place to get work done or relax with friends. The team is pleasant and welcoming — shoutout to Theo for being extra friendly. I had a hot chocolate with a double pump of sweetness; comforting, not too fussy. Will be back.

Sorry I don’t know his name but the bald guy working in the mornings always makes mine and my coworker drinks wrong and we order the same drink every single day. Everyone else makes the drink perfectly fine and when he makes our drink it’s turns out terrible. I tried to show him my mobile order on my phone to make sure the ingredients are the same and he refused to look at my home. I do not want him making my drinks again and I will let them know next time I go in.

I don't normally drink coffee, but I was sleepy and had a 45-minute drive ahead of me. I asked the barista for suggestions. I had a white chocolate mocha, and it was delicious!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The decor is plain, and sometimes this is nice ‐ and calming.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to the not so bright girl tried to tell me my drink was fine and I had to tell her it's was wrong. She reluctantly made me another bad caramel macchiato without caramel. Don't shop at Starbucks. I'm beaver to helsto highway. They hire people with not a fantastic iq, with bad attitudes.

My granddaughter and her friend had gift cards and really wanted to get a drink from Starbucks. We went to the one in Raleigh Hills Valley Plaza. It was fun for the girls as they interacted with the staff as they got their orders. Even though the girls are younger, the staff treated them as though they were regular customer both with respect and patience. The drinks were just what the girls wanted, and they left happy. Highly recommend the location.

Unfriendly service and drinks that taste like garbage. I go to Starbucks all over so I know what a good drink tastes like, this location seems to be incapable of making anything good.

Store manager needs some serious training, they have made errors with our drinks multiple times. Called in to let them know and rather than offering a solution he decided to argue with me to the point he accused me of making it up to get "free drinks" this behavior is unacceptable and Grham or whoever the manager was on 9/3/24 at 9am has no place in managing a customer service store front. I expect a response from Corporate Starbucks to address my concern.
