This is the worst Starbucks I have been to the not so bright girl tried to tell me my drink was fine and I had to tell her it's was wrong. She reluctantly made me another bad caramel macchiato without caramel. Don't shop at Starbucks. I'm beaver to helsto highway. They hire people with not a fantastic iq, with bad attitudes.

My granddaughter and her friend had gift cards and really wanted to get a drink from Starbucks. We went to the one in Raleigh Hills Valley Plaza. It was fun for the girls as they interacted with the staff as they got their orders. Even though the girls are younger, the staff treated them as though they were regular customer both with respect and patience. The drinks were just what the girls wanted, and they left happy. Highly recommend the location.

Unfriendly service and drinks that taste like garbage. I go to Starbucks all over so I know what a good drink tastes like, this location seems to be incapable of making anything good.

Store manager needs some serious training, they have made errors with our drinks multiple times. Called in to let them know and rather than offering a solution he decided to argue with me to the point he accused me of making it up to get "free drinks" this behavior is unacceptable and Grham or whoever the manager was on 9/3/24 at 9am has no place in managing a customer service store front. I expect a response from Corporate Starbucks to address my concern.

The people that work here are amazingly patient. There are so many customers that are abusive and mean. Drinking coffee does not give you the right to verbally abuse people. Insulting people is not ok. It is time to make PDX kinder. Kudos to the stellar baristas that handle the difficult people with kindness and patience. We really appreciate you!

They prioritize drive thru orders so somehow 12 cars can get through the line before even one drink in the cafe is made

It's a standard Starbucks experience. Fine, you know what to expect. The music speakers are placed horribly. I'm not looking to rock out at a Starbucks. Maybe it's good for the many teens that show up from the highschool but they suck ?

Fast both at the drive through and inside. This is our preffered location because the batistas are great.

First time at this Starbucks. Christmas Day. Searching for gift cards. Bought caramel frappe but it was so so sweet. No coffee taste at all. BIG difference from what I usually drink elsewhere. Don't think I'll buy it again.
