I got my usual brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and it tasted horrible it was way too strong as if no oat milk was added, I called the store to complain and spoke to the floor supervisor “Aaliyah” she was kinda at first apologizing for me not liking my drink. After I told her I was running late to work and didn’t have time to return it i asked for the baristas name and she said it was “Aaliyah” I said “isn’t your name Aaliyah?” She said “yes” I said “did you make my drink?” she said “no but I don’t remember because there’s been a lot of the same orders” which sounded like a made up excuse cause it had been less than 10min since I left the store. Regardless It was obvious she didn’t make my drink so I gave her the description of the barista who made it, she was rude and argumentative saying she doesn’t know who I’m talking about refusing to give me her name and said to just put the complaint under her name. I don’t understand the lack of accountability and communication. Don’t recommend this place 0/10

I have met some wonderful baristas at this location- but Tracy was so extremely rude to us. She made our drinks incorrectly, and while the front POS barista was kind and said she was going to fix our drinks right away. Yet Tracy came forward and said what was the problem here? She continued to be very rude and yet again make our drinks incorrectly, a second time. Meeting us with glares and stairs. I liked the Starbucks, but I will not be returning due to Tracy.

Customer service was great. Person that served me was very kind. I was even introduced to something that I’ve never tried before. She gave me a full rundown of the menu and overall it was a very exciting experience. Very rarely do I do a review after especially in a Starbucks but this person (Feel bad that I can’t remember her name) has exceptional customer service. A great pleasure indeed.

Don't support Starbucks. with their prices increasing with every launch your money would get more use at a local coffee chain where your money actually matters, rather than going to a greedy corporation where they price gouge customers with their overpriced dogwater coffee

This Starbucks location delivers on all fronts: a convenient spot, consistent drinks, and friendly staff that make your visit enjoyable. You really can't go wrong here.
It's a Starbucks, you'll pretty much get the same experience here as you will at any other Starbucks. The coffee is always good. The employees are decently friendly. Parking here is surprisingly challenging. Seems like everyone is in a hurry and parking is a competitive sport here unless you are willing to walk from the parking lot facing the Courtyard Marriott.
