One person on shift they had the store locked so they could go to dairy Mart to get themselves something they were out of multiple items that go on sandwiches the reasonable thing would have been just to close the store for the day

Been coming here off and on for 2 years my recent few visits have had very different quality in terms of food and employees, last time I came my tomatoes were mushy and sour and my lettuce was brown, time before that was great food was awesome and the guy working was super nice, time before that it was just a girl working she was in the back on her phone watching YouTube or something she came out didn't speak or anything didn't say anything the whole time I ordered just stated blankly which was a little weird but ok the food was decent same issues with the lettuce, time before that was late at night I came in and the employee was hanging out front with some friends who visited work I think after I entered the building she entered in about a minute later with her friends still outside, as someone who's worked night shifts I get it once you finish everything it can be cool to chill out for some hours but still it felt weird i don't see why they couldn't have just sat inside or she could have went inside the second I pulled up

Very poor service. Do not come here if you have a limited lunch break. I placed a mobile order at 12:00 exactly and 30 minutes later my sandwich wasn't even started, despite the app saying my order would be ready by 12:20. The employee took several orders before mine which ultimately led to me missing my lunch break, I was left with only one option and that was to get a refund. What's the point of a mobile ordering system if your order doesn't have priority? I wish zero stars was an option.

The place is a little dirty and the staff's clothes are very dirty, the vegetables don't look fresh and everything is very messy and I didn't like the way they prepared it, an inspector has to go and check that everything is ready.

My husband and I go to this location as this is the closet one to us that still takes the coupons. We came when their oven wasn't working but we were still able to get the sandwiches we wanted and they gave us the cookies we ordered (3)for free. I think they did this because of the oven being broken and we didn't get the actual bread we really wanted. But all in all, the servers were really nice and our food was good as always.

Sandwiches are good and always made the way I want them even when ordering online or thru the app. The only real issue is the young teenage workers that have longer hair do not wear hair nets and one of the young men wears his hoodie with his hood up and in view of customers. More training is needed or at least reminders hair nets, gloves, and appropriate attire when on the job is necessary.

So placing an online order actually makes you less of a priority. I entered the store when the app said it was ready and it was most definitely not I had to sit there and watch them make everyone's sandwiches that were in line before they started on my order. I asked why the app says it's ready when it's clearly not and an employee said they don't know they don't control that. So I think this is a HUGE issue. DO NOT TELL ME MY FOOD IS READY IF ITS NOT.

I learned that this specific Subway store is 24 hours open. When I go out hiking or paddling in very early morning, almost all other Subway stores are closed except this!!

While the quality of service and products at [Subway] remains commendable, addressing this staffing issue would undoubtedly enhance the overall customer satisfaction and streamline operations during hectic periods.
