GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD. TERRIBLE OWNER. I brought a coupon I got in the mail and the employee immediately told me this subway owner doesn't accept coupons. Bad experience. Even tried to go through the app. I love subway but they are losing a customer after this BS. I got these coupons in the mail - you'd think it would work at subway.

We have been very frequent customers here for many years. We live close and walk or drive over a few times/month. One of the main reasons being thale coupons we receive in the mail. With the economy what it is, subway has been a great option to be able to feed us at a reasonable price. Today we were told that the coupons were turned off my the store manager and they are no longer accepted. The idea that a franchise coupon can just be turned off is ridiculous. We will not be back any time soon.

I have ordered online from here repeatedly. My order has never been on time and averages 25 minutes late. It is also usually wrong and they don't tend to toast my sandwich even though ordered..

What I asked for on my sandwich that I ordered through the app: MORE banana peppers, pickles
What I got: a small clump of banana peppers on one end of the sandwich. 4 pickle chips on the entire sandwich. AND SOMEBODYS LONG DARK BROW HAIR IN MY SANDWICH.
And let’s be clear, I didn’t ask for hair in my sandwich. I’m so disgusted right now. I would only recommend this Subway to someone who is making a wig and if looking for a cheap supplier or hair. Warning: it will be embedded in a sandwich though.
Oh how I wish a semi truck hit me on the way there so I didn’t have to experience the couple bites I took of this sandwich.

A friend and I ordered food for pick up at around 1:30 AM. I went into the store to pick it up.

I gave my friend's name.

Both the employees working talked over each other while pointing at an order on the shelf. I went over to the order and was confused because it didn't have my friend's name on it.

They asked me repeatedly for my friend's last name. I stuttered because of my social anxiety. They seemed even more confused but told me my friend's order would be out in a few minutes.

I went back in the store 15 minutes later. The two workers again expressed confusion about who I was here to pick up food for. After some back and forth where I struggled to talk because I didn't understand what was being communicated to me, they refused to give me the food and insisted that I go get my friend.

My friend went in to the store and they immediately misgendered her and made her uncomfortable.

I normally don't complain, but this is the worst customer service I have ever seen at a Subway. I worked for Subway and I would have been genuinely angry at these people if they were my coworkers.

Please learn how to communicate with your customers.

Reggie is a master sandwich artist. Our sandwiches were perfect. Open 24 hours which is always a plus for me. Employees are Very friendly.

Ordered a couple sandwiches online. They were ready for pickup by time I got there. It was really one of the worst sandwiches I ever had, I couldn’t even make myself finish it knowing how much I paid for it. The associates were polite when I picked up, but I could never bring myself to return.

We went there Saturday night. There was only one employee in the whole store with the orders piling up. He was trying his best but the orders were just too many. He was getting out of all ingredients as well. No manager available to help him. We felt really bad for him. I wouldn’t be surprise if they lose such a good employee.

I am giving 5 stars because of the amazing service I received from Vickie. She made the best sandwich I have ever had from subway and was so friendly . She was handling the counter by herself ,, I don't know where her co workers were but while she was making my sandwich a party of 6 came in and online orders kept pouring in and she didn't miss a beat. She was fast and efficient and her friendly attitude made my day. Finally subway hired someone that knows how to make a sandwich and under pressure at that. If you want a good sandwich go in when Vickie is working.
