I also had a very poor experience, picking up food from this location. I don’t know why these people are demanding that the drivers show that we confirmed to pick up the order, but it’s really jarring. I am also considering opening up a discriminatory lawsuit against subway and DoorDash.
I may just include every single employee from this location and the one on Walker Road as well

Attention Drivers: if you pick up from this store, and they DEMAND that they see you “confirm the pick-up”, demand to have them remake the ENTIRE order in front of you.
Do NOT trust them to make the order correctly.

I walked in and everyone was visibly angry. My sandwich was pulled out before it was toasted, barley cut. The lady at the counter was very passive aggressive while checking out. Don’t get cookies because there is always flys in them.

Walked in 20 mins before close. We weren’t greeted, waited for 5 mins before she even said anything to us. Had no sense of urgency for us or the person ahead of us. We quietly waited for her to get to us and she says “what do you want?” with an attitude that was very unpleasant. Not “thank you for your patience what may I get for you?.” I understand you may have been ready to close but your customer service should still hold till the end of shift. Vegetarian options: Chopped salads are available and any veggie sandwich can be turned into a salad.
