This subway has poor customer service. Management is rude and so are there servers. Disrespectful and management does nothing about but join in with it’s disrespectful staff members instead of holding them accountable and making the experience better for the customers.

Worst franchise ever, went to use a coupon and they said the sandwich pictured on the coupon was not eligible for the offer. When I asked them to point out where in the fine print it says only “build your own” sandwhiches and they indicated it’s not in the fine print it’s just how this location chooses to try and not accept the coupons.

If you’re planning on using a coupon or the app, highly recommend choosing a location not owned by this greedy buffoon.

This subway location is never open for online ordering even when it is completely empty inside. It is so frustrating when you try to use in-app deals because Subway doesn't allow scan-in-store only to have to drive 3 miles to get to a subway that has actually turned on their online ordering.

I know they're short-staffed and it's a smaller location but they need to work on their time management LOL the kids that usually is on shift is really sweet has a great personality but he's more into the social aspect of the job which is wonderful customer service is a priority for all businesses but because he's so busy talking it takes like 60 seconds just to put a tomato on the sandwich and that's frustrating after waiting 20 minutes for him to finish 2-6 inch sandwiches, knowing there was another guy in front of me still I left sadly because it was going to be another 20 minutes and 40 minutes waiting for a Subway sandwich is... Bananas 😬

My experience was terrible with the lady who served me, rude. Right now there is a promotion that the combo costs 6.99 and she informed me that in that store they did not adhere to the promotion. Which I understand that if it is a franchise it must adhere to Subway's guidelines

So I came to this subway and noticed the sign saying please be patient, cool, so I wait as the one guy staffed was helping someone inside and I was in the drive through. He finishes about 5 minutes later, then walks over to the drive through area and walks to the back. I wait another 10 minutes and he comes out and just walks away from the window. 5 minutes later he comes back around we make eye contact and he turns around and walks off again. I sat her another 5-10 minutes and the decided to start writing this review as from the time of the first customer there were no other customers…. Very disappointing.

Rosy was working the whole place by herself for days on end super long hours and no support and yet she had the most amazing attitude and was super helpful and cheery. She should be promoted!!!

There was only one kid working, he was handling the stress of being alone well, but also lacked a sense of urgency. So we waited over 30 minutes to order our sandwiches, and he only ended up with two pieces of meat each on our subs. It was like a lettuce sandwich lol. That’s being said, I won’t be back to this location ever again.

Upon arrival at this location to place a 6 sandwich order through the drive-thru after seeing the OPEN sign lit along with a portion showing drive-thru also lit there was a sign stating that due to a lack of staff the drive-thru was unavailable. I chose this location for the drive-thru option because of my personal mobility issues. I ended up having to go into the store because the drive-thru was unavailable. During the time I was in the store there were no other customers that arrived. My order could have easily been taken through the drive-thru and not have caused me the additional pain having to go into the store for this order.

When I was placing my order I was informed that the coupons I received in the mail would not be accepted at the printed offer but would be an option for $2.00 more per coupon. Since this is what the others in my home wanted I placed the order.

Much to my disappointment, when I and the others opened the packaging for each sandwich they were made using proteins not requested and barely had any protein or vegetables at all.

The attitude of the server/counterperson was adversarial and showed no consideration for assistance regarding the $40.00+ I was being charged. I was even told this location does not honor the free cookie coupon either.

If this is the way Subway is being run now I feel bad for any other customers ordering at this or any other location. I will no longer be a Subway customer until I can be assured these issues have been resolved.

UPDATE: I sent a complaint in!A LOT can happen during a delivery. The driver could have tripped and have fallen, dropped the food, food got stolen due to porch pirates roaming the area, the customer might not have put the FULL and COMPLETE address on file so they can claim that the food wasn’t delivered to the right address, the driver might be trying to contact the customer but no response resulting in a CANCELED ORDER, the wrong order could have been delivered, the delivery might have been to the wrong location AT the address (perhaps they might have wanted it at the garage door instead of the side door and the customer calls to CANCEL the order “because it was misdelivered”), the customer might have put the wrong address as a previous address, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN!DEMANDING the drivers SHOW OUR DEVICES doesn’t do ANYTHING to prevent ANY of the aforementioned scenarios from playing out, or any combination of the scenarios! DEMANDING to see the phones isn’t going to PREVENT anything. It only boosts your EGO!What if a driver took two orders and delivered the wrong one by accident? Are you really going to BLAME the CUSTOMER? “Oh we already MADE that order. We won’t make it again!” Oh really?? MAKE IT AGAIN. It isn’t your job to INVESTIGATE what happened. It’s your JOB to MAKE THE FOOD. It’s your JOB to prepare it CORRECTLY and SAFELY. You aren’t the DOJ.Almost all of the aforementioned scenarios have happened to me. You can LITERALLY find YouTube videos of customers claiming they didn’t receive an order when they did and then confessing to it.I have WITNESSED a CUSTOMER TAKING THE FOOD THAT I SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED, and moments later “cancelling the order due to wrong delivery or that they didn’t receive it”. I drove back to the location to see if I made a mistake, and I SAW HIM. THE SAME GUY. HANDING HIS FOOD TO HIS BUDDY IN A WHITE CAR. I WATCHED THE GUY WALK BACK TO HIS HOUSE.PEOPLE. WILL. DO. ANYTHING.Demanding that you see a driver’s device doesn’t DO anything! You can “CONFIRM” all you want. But the CUSTOMER can STILL make these claims!ATTENTION:GRUBHUB DRIVERSDOORDASHERSUBER EATS DRIVERSDO NOT PICK UP OR DELIVER FOR THIS RESTAURANT.THESE PEOPLE WILL ACCUSE YOU OF ROBBING THEM OF THEIR PRODUCT. THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE THE ORDERS TO YOU BEFORE YOU CONFIRM THE ORDER.I AM FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS STORE TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE TERMINATED.DO. NOT. DELIVER. FOR. THEM.
