UPDATE: I sent a complaint in!A LOT can happen during a delivery. The driver could have tripped and have fallen, dropped the food, food got stolen due to porch pirates roaming the area, the customer might not have put the FULL and COMPLETE address on file so they can claim that the food wasn’t delivered to the right address, the driver might be trying to contact the customer but no response resulting in a CANCELED ORDER, the wrong order could have been delivered, the delivery might have been to the wrong location AT the address (perhaps they might have wanted it at the garage door instead of the side door and the customer calls to CANCEL the order “because it was misdelivered”), the customer might have put the wrong address as a previous address, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN!DEMANDING the drivers SHOW OUR DEVICES doesn’t do ANYTHING to prevent ANY of the aforementioned scenarios from playing out, or any combination of the scenarios! DEMANDING to see the phones isn’t going to PREVENT anything. It only boosts your EGO!What if a driver took two orders and delivered the wrong one by accident? Are you really going to BLAME the CUSTOMER? “Oh we already MADE that order. We won’t make it again!” Oh really?? MAKE IT AGAIN. It isn’t your job to INVESTIGATE what happened. It’s your JOB to MAKE THE FOOD. It’s your JOB to prepare it CORRECTLY and SAFELY. You aren’t the DOJ.Almost all of the aforementioned scenarios have happened to me. You can LITERALLY find YouTube videos of customers claiming they didn’t receive an order when they did and then confessing to it.I have WITNESSED a CUSTOMER TAKING THE FOOD THAT I SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED, and moments later “cancelling the order due to wrong delivery or that they didn’t receive it”. I drove back to the location to see if I made a mistake, and I SAW HIM. THE SAME GUY. HANDING HIS FOOD TO HIS BUDDY IN A WHITE CAR. I WATCHED THE GUY WALK BACK TO HIS HOUSE.PEOPLE. WILL. DO. ANYTHING.Demanding that you see a driver’s device doesn’t DO anything! You can “CONFIRM” all you want. But the CUSTOMER can STILL make these claims!ATTENTION:GRUBHUB DRIVERSDOORDASHERSUBER EATS DRIVERSDO NOT PICK UP OR DELIVER FOR THIS RESTAURANT.THESE PEOPLE WILL ACCUSE YOU OF ROBBING THEM OF THEIR PRODUCT. THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE THE ORDERS TO YOU BEFORE YOU CONFIRM THE ORDER.I AM FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS STORE TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE TERMINATED.DO. NOT. DELIVER. FOR. THEM.

First they told me I can’t use the drive thru to pick up my order although I have done it twice before. But They made my sandwich wrong plus it was barely toasted and I went back and requested to have them remake it nicely and gave my wrong order back. The lady appeared offended and literally just refunded me instead without remaking the sandwich. It’s okay, Id hate to work there too if I were them.

Placed an online order. Ordered a turkey sandwich, but the bread was wrong, and was given banana peppers when it wasn't selected. Selected no sauce during the online order and when I check my sandwich at home I see there is ranch on it. Had to give my sandwich away so it didn't go to waste. Restaurant employee needs to read receipt more carefully. I had placed my order at 10am and it was not busy, so I do not understand for the mixup.

They had the freshest bread I've ever had at Subway! I would eat at only this subway for that simple yet experience can't be beat bonus. But, I live too far away to eat here all the time.... but, all subways should use it as an example to have bread as fresh as there was.... it would be a game changer for sure.... soooo goood!!!

Stopped by on Sept 10th 2023 to use a $3.99 6" sub coupon. (Used 1 here on 9-2-23). Waited inline. Watched my sub being made. Only to be told at the register "they no longer except the $3.99 6" sub coupon. Only the $7 ($6.99 actually) 1 foot long coupon.Seems to me if your going to change your policy concerning coupons.Perhaps a sign in the entry door window or at the "order here" area.Might save you food costs...As I left. I turned around to watch a perfectly good sub, be tossed into the trash!!!Seems to me $ 4.00 in the till, a happy customer is much better then wasted food /$$$.

Good food, clean environment. BUT I come here often and I think it needs to be said how stressed and tired the staff always are here. They seem constantly on edge, and perhaps they get a lot if difficult customers, but they seem to be hard working people

Went all the way around to the drive-through, only to find a notice it was closed - you couldn’t put a sign at the beginning? Saw ad that they were cutting meats fresh there, etc. Seemed business as usual which has been meh. Overall I say meh.

I arrived here at 845pm on Sunday evening on May 28, 2023. The sign clearly said open till 9pm. Google also said open till 9pm. The lights were on when I pulled up. It took me two minutes to tear out my coupon and when I went to head to the door at 847pm, the lights were off and the worker was inside pulling out the vegies and putting them away. I knocked on the locked door and he said he was the only one there and he had to clean and had already put stuff away so he locked the door. Now while I'm writing this (parked outside their doors, at 852p) he has now turned the lights back on, but the doors are still locked. If the store Manger reads this, if you need your associates to start cleaning early, then make your door sign have the closing time of earlier. I won't be back here, as they don't seem to honor their door hours.

Frequently taking my special needs client to subways we go to a few in the area and one is the walker location... Or it was until 8:02pm tonight. We came to get his same order he has gotten for over 10+ years 2 X a week..... No joke Subway is his favorite place to eat, and he gets a pretty crazy sandwich but tonight the worker was irritated with his order... And also had half the stuff away and ready to close when we pulled up... Part of my clients order is like all the sauces he loves all the sauces and it gets pretty funny watching them add all that sauce, but tonight the worker seemed angry he had to go back and forth to get sauce he already stored away to close at 8:02pm.... Closing time is 9pm here. And then my client asks for "a little more" of the veggies just as a repetitive habit and never wants much more of any veggie , he does get almost all the veggies offered at subway and loves his monster sandwich.. it's a Spicy Italian and is no more then $8.98 any subway we visit .. well today it was 12.97... over a few extra pickles or shreds of lettuce ?!?! Ridiculous. And now unfortunately we won't come back to this subway even if I have to drive 5-7 miles to next location.. and it was one of his favorite ones.. but the way he was treated and then the service was unacceptable. As we left the doors were being locked which was odd cause it was then I believe 8:08-8:09. I didn't even get the sandwiches I wanted I just ordered my son something quick because the stuff was almost all put away and I felt rushed and he got the wrong chicken on the sandwich crazy how many things happened in this visit tonight.. I had a 14 year old bystander even mention the workers demeanor and comments toward my special need client . -last time visit. The worker had an earpod in to just overall unprofessional and an example of how not to run a buisness.

does not make my order correct even after I told him what I wanted...Well I'm back 2 years after the first visit. Here is how it went. Dont eat here. Everytime I go here they are rude. Never make the food right. Today it was Adrianne refused to make the sandwich I was asking for. And they dont carry drinks except soda. Im done with this place. I will never return. Yes thats her. She refuses to make your sandwiches the way you ask. I would give a big fat 0 stars but well the system wont allow you to put 0.

I walked in around 8:20pm and I ne of the staff told me, we are close and I say to her you guys close a 9:00pm and she say back to me no we closed now whit attitude she looks very asset because I walked in!! I never come back to this store!! Jimmy Jhons have better service!!
