Been coming to this subway for over 15 years. Not an everyday occurrence, but every once in a while I just have to grab a nostalgic footlong, and I don’t walk a mile to get there, Sorry Jarred. 😉
Recently they have been updating their menu to have a range of new sandwich builds and double cheese or double meat.
Had a busy workday ahead of me with my helper for the day, so we opted to get footings to have lunch ready to go when hunger strikes. I definitely recommend not toasting your sandwich if you plan to eat it hours later, it will be significantly better.
On to the sandwich artist, the employee who helped us was very nice, greeted us as we entered the store and was quick to take our orders and paid great attention to detail. Their attitude was very kind and respectful and they were not afraid to load on the toppings.
Currently they are doing a promo for the new Happy Gilmore 2 movie which has a plug for Subway in it. I think the sign said there are 4 different drink cups to collect.
The veggies looked fresh and the cucumbers had great crunch.
They had 1 staff member when we arrived who handled the customer flow well.
If you need a quick sandwich and want a footlong to break into two meals or just like a big load of food, subway will definitely do it.
Thank you for reading my honest review and Happy Eating!

Always out of something. When delivery, something is always wrong. There were jalapeños on my sandwich when there wasn’t supposed to be this time. Even picking them off, I can still taste it.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to! I don’t know why they changed management but whoever took over ruined this place! The veggies not only tasted disgusting but I got food poisoning from them, I paid almost 40 dollars for 2 sandwiches and had to throw them away because of the veggies! The meat taste like cardboard! Don’t go here! Their cookies are stale, staff is clueless. Literally paid to be sick all day, and I know this is what made me sick because it’s the only thing I ate today! 🤮

Working at this Subway was a difficult experience. Employees were frequently left to manage busy shifts alone, which created a lot of stress. Breaks were not consistently provided, and minors were asked to close the store, which raised safety concerns. The use of cameras with audio recording also felt invasive, as there was no clear consent provided. While some customers were kind and understanding, the overall lack of support and structure from management made this a challenging place to work. I hope the company addresses these issues to create a better environment for future employees.
They leave their cookies overnight, you can just tell by the taste. They taste old, stale, and there’s fruit flys all over them. They’re delicious when they’re just out the oven and there for the day, but not overnight and all day the next day until they’re all bought. Do better.
Also, you’re seriously going to leave minors to work until 9:30 pm at night all by themselves!? Not cool.

There was a sweet little girl working all by herself. She was awesome and she had great customer service, plus she was juggling online orders and a whole line of people. She was definitely overwhelmed. Management should do better because leaving a child to run the place alone is ridiculous and unethical.

I got a footlong turkey with bacon and was very upset that when the person put the turkey on the sandwich they only put 3 pieces of turkey layer out completely flat and they were small pieces, barely any meat on a footlong sandwich. Every time I have gotten a turkey sandwich in the past they have always put 6-7 pieces of turkey folded on top of each other. Since the new management has taken over this location I feel like the quality of service has gone done in not just the food but also the quality of service as the workers seem cold and uninviting. I am not sure I feel comfortable going back to this location in the future.

Do not eat here. They will mess up your order and then fight you on getting a refund. I've been waiting almost a month to have the issue resolved and been told multiple things by multiple managers. Employee tried to claim I got the wrong order, but I could tell it was the right order, just made completely wrong.

Been here twice over the last 2 weeks. Both times ordered multiple foot longs and received great service and well done sandwiches. I will definitely be back

Not the sandwich to go didn't realize the bread was really likes hard crumbled when I ate it. I was hungry, didn't go back, but this was the worst sandwich. I don't think I'm ever going to come to Subway again. I'm gonna stick with Jersey, Mike. Stay are so much better. You guys have lost it. You employees don't even care. If they're giving out dry bread for sandwiches, you guys need a wake up.
Ok, story time: my daughter and I stopped by last night for dinner. The young man asked how many sandwiches, took and built her sandwich, then proceeded to the register. I was a little confused but just waited. As he was ringing her up, asking what sandwich I was getting, he puts his leg up on something, pulls his pant leg up, rolls down his sock and itches his leg. Intensely. Tells my kid he had a very bad itch, puts his leg down and continues on the register, then does it again! I was a bit appalled by this. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for my sandwich to be made. His co-worker is stocking the veggies; he proceeds to take tickets from the online orders. I finally ask “is someone going to make my sandwich??” The gal responds “I’m sorry. I thought he was doing it” he says “no, you’re right there”. WTHNow, he walks over, lays the papers down for the sandwiches he’s about to make and puts on some gloves. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS!! I know he has gloves on now but he didn’t when he grabbed the papers and I’d still think he should wash his hands after handling the register and itching his leg! I was disgusted and will not be returning to this location.

Ordered online because I can pick it up when convenient and so I can clearly specify what I want on the sandwich. It is literally a checklist, which seems hard to screw up. Since it was online, they had plenty of time to complete the order. But... first, they forgot the chips in my bag. Maybe I let that slide, but then they got the breads mixed up on my two sandwiches. Great. And, the bread on one was stale and squished like it had been sitting around from yesterday. Wow. This is comical now. Oh, and finally they didn't bother toasting the sandwich, leaving me with their cold meat in my mouth.

Andy ( I believe was his name, he had the long brown hair and was skinny ) was our sandwich maker, and he’s incredible! He had great recommendations on sandwhiches and add ons, he was so kind, and made this experience amazing!
