For having an "arcade" the game selection is horrible. Not many to choose from, the games are expensive, you need a lot of tickets for garbage prizes.. hoping next time to go bowling and change my review.

Absolutely fantastic birthday party for our daughter.The manager and her daughter did a fantastic job. They were attentive, appreciative of our presence and made the whole experience one that we will definitely do again. I feel bad that we didn't get their names. We were strapped for cash and only had $10 for a tip. I wish we could have given you both $100. We are scraping by middle class and this was the best we could pull for our kid.You all did amazing. We will will definitely give you more business and save to be able to to tip you before, as you obviously deserve it. We're just poor right now..Edit: Their names were Nina and Kaleasha(hope I spelled that right).Absolute masterclass is handling a party. Would give them more acclaim if I could.

I got the timed cards instead of the $15 cards for my sons party and was never told you dont get to reedeem tickets on a timed card. Nor does it say on info on booking. Needless to say a couple of our party participants were so sad about it they cried including my son. Super messed up i would of picked the $15 ones if i knew that was the case. Why they would do that is beyond me and in my opinion and to the other parents it was wrong.They didnt even offer to change it.everthing else was great though.

Prices on bowling are great so if you’re looking for a lane to roll on this is the place. But the food here SUCKS. Specifically the pizza - I imagine cardboard has more flavor. And the manager is an A-HOLE. They set our family up to bowl on a lane next to a league then stood lording over us when we were finishing to force us to leave faster.

My first time at bowling here was unbeatable. With great service, I completely enjoyed my time. From the arcade to laser tag (my favourite) and the bowling. I won a lot of arcade machines and would definitely recommend!

Allister is the sweetest and most attentive bartender ever! He went above and beyond for our whole table and made sure our drinks were never empty and that we never needed any additional help. His drinks were also delicious which is a bonus! Can’t wait to come back and bowl and hope to have him as a bartender

Our kids love this place. It feels run down, but surprisingly clean. The kids loved the food and the laser tag. They have pretty good deals almost everyday of the week that won’t bust the bank. The arcade is actually pretty good with great quality games.

We came to Superplay for a soccer team celebration. The staff were great, food was good and the beers were cold. Excellent customer service from everyone, and the manager took extra time to make sure we were all taken care of. Great for a good time with a lot of kids!
