Subpar experience at best. The fried buns are fried with the chicken they offer so instead of a sweet treat, I chicken flavored bread. Gross. There is no dipping sauce available for the bubble waffle so we ate a few bites of a plain waffle. Not amazing. The waffle was also soggy somehow ? The boba I ordered was actually bursting boba but the menu didn’t clarify that so I ended up with a drink I didn’t like either. I went here because it’s convenient but that was my first and last stop. Once you walk in, you’ll walk out smelling like a bag of fried food. Don’t recommend.

This has been our go to bubble tea location for years, but today we had terrible service.
They clearly forgot our order, as we waited about 20 minutes for 2 drinks and watched as 5-7 orders after ours were filled. When we asked about it, the cashier simply said “sorry it’s not fair, we’re backed up.” The shop was empty before we got our drinks. Next time, just admit you forgot our order. It happens, no big deal, but be upfront about it.
We won’t be returning for a while after this experience as the price is much higher than other local bubble tea shops. The base price is only for the tea and any toppings are an additional cost.
