I got a bubble tea and it spilled while I was bike riding it was closed I went inside to get a refund/new drink but I had to pay for a new one. It was an accident. I don’t recommend this place.

My bubble tea spilled everywhere on the ground outside it was sealed shut by when I got it it was not, it spilled everywhere and I was left with half it was a accident I went inside to get a new one and I had to pay for a new one.

Awful experience ordering on ubereats. Ordered two drinks and the order was passed around to 4 different drivers. An hour later, it was cancelled.
This has been our go to bubble tea location for years, but today we had terrible service.
They clearly forgot our order, as we waited about 20 minutes for 2 drinks and watched as 5-7 orders after ours were filled. When we asked about it, the cashier simply said “sorry it’s not fair, we’re backed up.” The shop was empty before we got our drinks. Next time, just admit you forgot our order. It happens, no big deal, but be upfront about it.
We won’t be returning for a while after this experience as the price is much higher than other local bubble tea shops. The base price is only for the tea and any toppings are an additional cost.

Popcorn chicken was great. Fried sweet potato was great too. Drinks and pearl quality are good too. There was a table of young kids next to us playing cards and super loud, making the atmosphere not enjoyable.

I'm a little disappointed because this was our go to tea house. I always get an extra cup of bubbles so my toddler won't try to get some from my drink and the cashier made a very obvious face at me. Then when I said I wanted 3 orders of the chicken, she put in 4. After multiple attempts to correct her, I ended up having to pay, grab what I assume is the owner, reverse the order and pay the correct amount. Then I noticed my tea was mostly bubbles and ice, not a whole heck of a lot of tea. It was definitely a disappointing trip this round. Your staffs lack of customer service is what hurts your business. The food and tea are normally wonderful every single time.
