I came in today and places an order, when I got come my chalupa was wrong and missing ingredients. When I called to get a refund the manager was angry at me for asking and got angry at me for calling the chalupa a taco then hung up on me. I called back to speak to someone else and then they hung up on me too. That is completely rude. For the record I ordered a chicken chalupa supreme and I got beef and no tomatoes.

I always order with substitutions on several items in one order (rice instead of meat because I'm a vegetarian and my husband hates sour cream) and they make it perfectly every single time. My favorite has been the Luxe Cravings Box. Friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Hands down the best Taco Bell in Oregon.
The one downside is they dont have a drive-thru, so my big back actually has to get out of the car and walk inside.

When i walked through the doors last tuesday, i could tell this was going to be a good meal. The vibes were real, the music was bumpin, the emoyees were happy. The Aura was real.

That decades box they made me was on point, a true masterpiece. That meal hit so hard that I'll admit i was back there on friday night for another one, and of course it did not dissapoint. The consistency is real.

The food is decent but while I was eating I looked up and saw the cashier eating in the kitchen area….. wearing the same gloves she was serving people with. Very disappointed and quite frankly disgusted I won’t be going to that location again…… Allen

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My friend Kesavan, who is vegetarian, specifically ordered a vegetarian quesadilla, and they served him one with beef. This is not just a mistake; it’s a serious breach of trust and dietary preferences. When we brought it up to the staff, there was no real apology or effort to make things right. If you can’t honor simple dietary restrictions, you shouldn’t be serving food. Never coming back.

11-19-24 6pm. Food came out quick which was kinda surprising but grateful, but then it was kinda like what ever they wanted to make is what you get and add to your meal. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and got green chili sauce with beans. Got a cheese wrap and got tomato's with some cheese. It was suppose to be cheese and tortilla melted. I could return since I live in Vancouver and was heading home. Worst experience so far

I have never been to this little hidden away Taco Bell before. It's hard to even see it tucked away in a little strip mall. But with time on my hands and an empty stomach I stopped to grab something to eat. Fortunately there was parking near the door. As a person with mobility problems having parking nearby is a must. They share the parking lot with many other stores so don't count on getting a space near the door.

Bathroom was locked behind the counter. Clean but with no place to set my handbag. Grrrr.

No one working at the counter. You just have to use the kiosk machine to order. Wish I had ordered on my phone in the car. I hate those kiosks!

This is by FAR the most expensive Taco Bell I've ever been to. A plain bean burrito was $2.49! As compared to $1.89 a couple of miles away.

Food was fine and they gave me a big cup with a lid for my free water.

Will probably not go there again due to the parking situation and high prices. No idea why they get business. More accessible and less expensive Taco Bells close by.

The male cashier was nice but someone in the kitchen contaminated my food with cheese all over it and added extra nacho sauce when I said none due to me being allergic to dairy
