This particular Taco Bell on Hall Blvd and Scholls Ferry is bad. They make food ahead and keep it sitting waiting to be ordered, instead of making food when ordered. You cannot keep Gordita Crunch crunchy if it is made ahead and allowed to sit around before being sold. Zero crunch left! The crispy taco inside the flatbread with other moist ingredients goes to complete mush! Twice now I have ordered it with a request that the taco inside be crunchy not soft and mushy. Both times, they were just mush. Epic fail. Other Taco Bell's I go to have not been a problem with this, they know to make the product to order. It is just this store, the nearest to me, that messes up so frequently. Don't even start me about the missing items discovered when I get the bag home...that happens far too often. I'm really done with this store. I will drive to the Taco Bell on Murray Blvd and Allen from now on. Better customer service, much better food product.

I can never get a complete order! Went back and got served cold food by those incompetent employees. Disgusting!
Yet another location that can’t serve you Doritos locos tacos without them looking like they slammed the bag on the ground to step on it and crush the shells into a thousand pieces. Every last one of them is in shambles and can’t be consumed unless I put them in a bowl and pretend it’s a nasty salad. This is why you take my money? To serve me this garbage? Done with Taco Bells since you are clearly inept at every location, which is weird bc nothing about your menu should be difficult to execute.

Its a taco bell? What can you say. They have improved supply issues post Covid, so better than it was, and less often have out of stock issues. The parking lot is tight though.

Ok I normally don’t leave reviews for fast food but I really have to say they be having the best service and attitude for Taco Bell! You don’t even get real service and positive vibes in real restaurants anymore so I really appreciate the staff here. A1 service for real!

When it first open after remodeling, whoever was back there made the tacos so good and full 😋 today the tomatoes were soggy 🙁 and the guy who listens to your order, doesn’t listen. He tried to tell me the Gordita supreme only comes with the nacho bell grande combo when it clearly states 🤨 its in the “luxe cravings box” and cheaper….I kept trying to explain to him🧐 but he got frustrated and send me to someone else,need better customer service skills🤦🏽♀️and maybe know your new menu 🤨 in his defense though the changing screens doesn’t help the customers either 🤷🏽♀️
This is a good location, I will be back.
