UPDATE - I haven't been in awhile because their online ordering was having issues. I have no idea if that was fixed but I had a need of Patron Fries today & so I went on my lunch. the wait wasn't as long as I've seen it which was nice, however it seems that the price has gone up while the portion sizes have gone down.

I am not sure what is happening here. They aren’t consisted with their flavor. Some times it can be really good and other is just meh. The last two times I’ve gone have been a bit disappointing. I thought birria was suppose to be red? Isn’t it?! My tacos have lacked flavor and color on the birria. Did you guys switch chefs or recipes? Their red salsa is bomb. They’re friendly and clean but I wish their food was consistent.

This place was great. We ordered only one thing since we are going out to dinner later, but this was as good as we heard about. We ordered the queso birria. I wish we had a photo to post, but we ate it too quickly. It looks just like the menu photo.
