UPdated review: Not a fan of that guy, he's not customer service oriented. He's more concerned about protecting CEO profits than he is about keeping business. After writing this review I'm probably not going to be able to go back here anymore due to discomfort of confrontation and not being able to trust my food won't have spit in it after writing a negative review about this guy. I've had about 4 interactions with him and only 1 has been good. For the record I've been coming to this location for years! I know Megan by name and the other lady (not pulling her name off the top of my head right now) have both been incredibly awesome.
But this guy, is the opposite of them. And here's where I got frustrated today: Prices going up, and then the audacity to ask for a tip, for this guy that's not good, for me to tip a buck when I shouldn't have too, and then when I ask for a small fry cup he says he has to charge 25 cents for it.... then he's like I'll just give it to you realizing I just paid a dollar for his professional approach to things.............. like IDK I would remove the tipping option we need to get away from tipping culture. If you can't pay your employees a proper wage you shouldn't be in business. I will lose my favorite nostalgia crispy bean burritos to burn a company down to the ground that doesn't treat their employees right. This tip request is the first public indicator.
Original Review:
Food is still awesome but prices are taking my reviews down from 5 to 4 stars on the food. Also trying to get the right number of sauce packets per item. I think I need 2 per burrito myself. Ideally I get several crispy bean burritos and tots but the prices prevent me from affording the tots anymore. But I used to use the tot bowl to mix my original and hotter sauce 4:1 and dip my crispies in that..... But the times are changing... So must our eating habits. I've been watching tutorials on making crispy bean burritos at home and it looks like I'm gonna have to master that skill.
<3 am glad you guys got started tracking bonuses with phone numbers instead of punch cards... I'd always forget my punch card.

This is a perfect place to bring colleagues for a relaxed lunch meeting.
The staff are attentive without being intrusive.
I used to go to taco time over taco bell all the time. But they are hard to find now. I was so happy to have one near me after my recent move.

Over priced as always, I paid way too much for two deep fried burritos, the manager who took my order seemed disappointed that I only ordered two burritos!

Taco Time is the Best. I love their hot sauce! This place reminds me of my youth. There used to be one near my house growing up. Crispy burrito for the win!
The food was good, fast, and fresh. Didn't like having to ask permission to use the bathroom. What am I, in school? Also, they have no changing tables. So, we had to change a blowout on the tailgate for all the world to see. No big deal, the empenadas were good.

I am vegetarian and can eat their vege burrito which is so filling. And I love their soft bean burritos full of protein. Their cheese quesadilla is so delicious.
