There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best Chinese food in Portland. The "Wild Side" menu offers an array of authentic dishes that your average "Super Dragon China Wow" just won't carry, but more than that the tiny efforts made to the dishes cannot easily be replicated at home making this stop truly special for any foody. From their smoked pork with leeks, to their mushroom and bok choy, the food will be a memory for years to come.

Uses more than an ample amount of MSG in their food and refuses to prepare it without it. No thanks!

Went here for Christmas dinner. Always busy because food is very good, although soups were not very good. Egg flower soup tasted like creamed corn and hot and sour soup was very vinegary tasting. Highly recommend the housemade pot stickers and love the egg noodle chow mein.2023 UpdateThis place has gone downhill since reopening after Covid. Service was horrible, and the food was not as good. The potstickers used to be so delicious but now taste like frozen store-bought potstickers. We have crossed this off our to go list.

This is by far one of the best Chinese Restaurants I've ever been too. Their soup dumplings are out of this world. Everything has always been fresh and delicious. When I heard about the fire my heart just sank. I can't wait until ya'll reopen. Thanks for such an amazing Chinese Restaurant in our town!!

We love it here and go twice a month. The wait staff is always kind and social with me and my kids. I always feel my kids are welcome and this is their favorite restaurant. Our family enjoys the kung pao tofu, Mongolian beef, Mao Pao tofu, and of course the dumplings!I look forward to when they can reopen.Dietary restrictions: Knowledgeable staff makes it easy to find something that fits with restrictions.Kid-friendliness: This is my kids favorite restaurant they always feel welcome here.
Food quality is good , the place is old and needs upgraded interior , however we just do takeout now because it smells really old inside to enjoy dine

Had my doubts after an initial negative experience, but went again, and it was excellent! I had the duck, and we got the hot chicken, dumplings, sesame chicken, and dry saute green string beans! Jasmine tea, too.
Best chinese food in the west suburbs!
