As a Taiwanese, I can said the sticky tofu hotpot didn’t let me down. It stinks as hell similar to what I usually eat in Taiwan. The most problem I give the store three star is they have a serious problem with messing around customer’s order. You have to order your food through their IPad, but I don’t know why all of our orders got swap with other table. They messed up the order like 3~5 times and other table’s food has been our table for over 5 minutes. After that the server just grab the food on our table and direct to the other table they messed up. The problem is here, as a restaurant, the food has been other customer’s table for a while, as a server you should take all the food back to the kitchen and give them the new one, because the food might contains germs or spit by other customers. You can’t just serve directly to other table. Moreover, one of the instant noodle (王子麵) fall on the table, the server just use her own bare hand and put it back to the plate and serve to other table. The people who got served by the nasty hygiene act, don’t even know their food are not even clean. Overall, it’s so disgusting, which they have lack of training for employees because that nasty act shouldn’t happen in a restaurant, it’s the most fundamental training if you open a restaurant. I bet they have a serious hygiene problem in the restaurant because all of my friends felt ill after eating. Hope they can make some changes, which those actions shouldn’t be allowed. NASTY NASTY NASTY!!! In other words, 狗淦噁

Feeling hot pot, but don't want the hassle of gathering a group of friends for all you can eat? Or simply just want good hot pot? Come here. I get the Taiwanese supreme every time because it has a plethora of different meats and delicacies. Always order a side of quail eggs. That meal right there will never disappoint. Don't forget about their other menu items like Sichuan soup and fermented tofu soup, they're great as well. The service is kinda of weird because they give you an iPad to order at the table. This makes it difficult to make special requests and substitutions. However, the servers if you can manage to get their attention.

First time trying hot pot! Company was great and I loved trying one of my friends favorite meals. That being said...I'm not a soup girl...and I like my food room temp, so this wasn't so satisfying for me personally. It was kind of fun to try all the components in the bowl, as well as cook the noodles myself. More of a playing-with-food experience than eating. My favs were the taro root, bok choy, and fish balls.

service is fast here because it's self order on the iPad. Good place for large groups. I recommend the Beef hot soup the medium spicy, the portion is good for sharing with others if you don't eat a lot.

Straight forward and tasty Taiwanese hotpot. Perfect for the gloomy and rainy weather. Got there an hour before closing on a weekday night and it was understandably empty. We were seated right away.Order and pay on an iPad and they bring everything out. Bigger portions than what I'm used to so great! I got the Beef Hot Soup with Medium space. It was just the right amount of kick to it.

We went to lunch after a very long walk. Hot soup is always good for winter. I shared lobster Thai flavor soup with clear noodle. I ordered mild. There is a lot of stuff in the pot. It tasted like Thai Tom yum soup, sour flavor. You ordered on tablet. They do come around to refill the soup.

Oct 29, 2023Individualized hot pots of various broths to choose from with preset combinations of meat, seafood, veggies plus other add-ons for additional charge. The nice thing is that you can share without an upcharge; you're not forced to order your own. A great option, if you are not a big eater.Reservations recommended for larger parties or at least call ahead, else it can be a wait. We had a table of 14 and called at 5pm, when they opened to reserve for evening. Now on to the food...hot pots ordered ranged from beef, lamb, stinky tofu, healthy veggie, kimchi dumpling, Thai flavor, to Taiwanese supreme. Spice levels you can choose = none, mild, medium, spicy, extra spicy.I'll only cover a few of the above.First, the kimchi dumpling hot pot... this was good but expected more of a Korean touch to it. "Kimchi" was mostly filling the pot with nappa cabbage, not actually fermented kimchi, like you get in Korean restaurants. The dumplings were a few, not much flavor to it. More like a few frozen ones tossed in to the soup, which then broke down, as it cooked. The rest of the ingredients were typical hot pot base items of tofu, fish cake, rice cake, with some thin lean shaved pork slices. This would've been even better, if they had sliced pork belly instead. Glad we added the pork intestines and blood sausage to it. The pot it came in was smaller than the other options, which was less broth to start and all the food filled to the rim to cook. Thankfully, you can get more broth added as the meal goes on.The healthy veggie hot pot was really tasty with large tomato slices that really added to the broth, plus a decent amount of vegetables. Add an egg or two to this to really bring it all together! The stinky tofu hot pot also a nice combination of ingredients. Stinky tofu was reminiscent of Taiwanese fried stinky tofu, except this was a soft non fried version. Again, intestines and blood sausage work well in this pot too. Most of the hot pots were heavy on nappa cabbage as a filler. Each one comes with a free option of bowl of rice or vermicelli noodles. Again, you can add more items to your order to put into the hot pot.All in all, it's a solid 4 out of 5 stars for food and service. Staff were super busy trying to clear tables and seat people in line. Tablets are used at the table for self order entry. Once submitted, wait staff brings you the food. They tried their best to fill water glasses and bring out food, which it didn't take long to get served.Would go back, especially if you're in the mood for hot pot on a cold day. Prices are reasonable, expect $20/person on average.

The perfect spot when it's cold and/or rainy! We were seated immediately during weekday lunch hour and given an ipad to order off of. Menu has pictures of the pots and service was fast and friendly. They also have a drink menu with typical drinks you'd expect from a boba tea shop.We got the curry and the spicy beef pot and both were super good! They have a burner for the pots and will come by to see if you'd like to add more soup after you've been eating for a while.Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something warm and comforting!

If you're ever craving hot pot but no one can agree on a broth flavor or fixings, this is the perfect place. All individual hot pots with plenty of flavors and ingredients to choose from, and they're all good. You can adjust the spice level, choose a side (rice, vermicelli, or ramen for an extra $1), and get a nice refreshing drink on the side. You submit your order on an iPad, which is a dream for introverts :) It does get busy here so be prepared for a short wait during peak hours.

You order from an iPad at the table which we thought was very neat, until they messed up our order somehow... brought out an extra bowl of hot pot that we did not order.. this was then added to our bill at the end. We caught that ourselves on the bill, they didn't take it out when we told them we didn't order it. Was very disappointed in the food. It might have been an off day. I got the Japanese miso with vermicelli noodles. It was verrryyyyy bland, the side toppings add-ins were good, but the pork it came with was very dry- did not finish. Friend ordered the beef hot pot and she enjoyed that. Hopefully it was just the miso one they need to improve on.
