Previously, the food I had with my friends was pretty good, but today we ordered the Jintang beef rolls rice noodle, and there were only three slices of beef ?! We paid $17.99 for it and only got 3 pieces of beef!!! I don’t think I’ll go back. This is just ridiculous.

I have my usual at this restaurant, pickle cabbage and fish, never tired of eating this bowl of spicy and savory noodles. Recently I had an exceptional good experience with my take out order. I walked in the store with my baby in my arm and a 5 yo with me. The gentleman who is working on that day asked if he could help me carry my orders to my car. That was such a kind act!

One of the foods that I really miss living in the states is 米線, a type of rice noodles. So glad to have come across this place.
I ordered the mushroom chicken noodles which was great. My parents ordered the original broth with sliced beef. They come with side dishes, sliced raw meat, and noodles for the customers to put into the hot broth which cooks the ingredients. The dish is warm but no longer hot by the time you start eating, but id imagine that’s how it’s supposed to be.
I’d give a 4.5* for food. 5* for the experience. Overall it’s worth it. I’d recommend and would come back.
Google and read about the story behind this dish before you go will give this dish extra meaning :)

Overall a fantastic spot! Restaurant is simple but clean and tidy, not too loud at all. Food ordering is easy, with a great variety of options. We had a few questions and the staff were very kind and helpful. Food came out quickly, flavors were great and a really nice variety of options. A huge benefit - not too salty at all, as many restaurants go overboard on salt levels. Price is also excellent especially given the quantity and quality of food!

My wife and I are from LA and were ecstatic when we saw Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle in Beaverton. We happened to see it while going to Petco across the street and immediately made plans to go the next day. My wife is a big fan of their noodles and broth. If you're looking for something heavy and decadent, this isn't the spot. But if you're looking for a tasteful broth that tastes good and makes you feel good, then definitely give Yunnan a try. I personally really like the R18 - which is a chicken noodle soup. We came on for lunch and were the first customers here and it was a great start to our day!
