Thai Apsara

Flavors were pretty good. Portions were fine. A little greasy for my taste. Also one noodle dish just had the broccoli stems and leaves instead of broccoli heads (not sure if that is preferred by some people?). My biggest trouble was actually ordering. I ordered through Yelp. I thought I confirmed my order. But when I picked it up my tofu curry had actually been made as a chicken curry. And one of my dishes had been dropped off the order. We found our thai a little underwhelming tonight. We were offered three levels of heat for our pad thai and went with 3, the highest. The level delivered was basically a 0.5. The salad had more heat. The drunken noodles were good but the noodles were all glued together by the time we got them home. There were also big chunks of barely cooked green peppers on top which weren't enjoyable. The papaya salad was probably the best thing we got.

I would say this is an okay ish Thai restaurant, from a taste perspective. The good thing is it’s affordable. Maybe for a town where there’s not much Asian food this place might seem good.I came here on a Friday evening with my family.
