I come here often for a quick lunch and they’re always super friendly and quick. My one complaint is the cup they use. For black coffee they are horrible. They drip around the seam of the cup under the lid. By the time I get back to work, I have a puddle of coffee in the cup holder. Other than that, great experience.

Always a treat to stop and get coffee. The employees always seem genuinely happy and work quick with a friendly attitude. Thank you for always making my Breve extra hot and remembering the sleeve. 🥹💓

Usually, when I come here, I don’t know what I want and I can always rely on the girls to make something super fabulous that makes my day and there’s usually a good laugh somewhere in the transaction. I haven’t ate their food so I don’t know but there many drinks and Coffees are my favorite and it happens to be convenient because it’s right across the street from where I live.😍🥳

The wife and I LOVE this place. They have great service that’s always friendly. The drinks are always refreshing, and that jammer bar is so darn good!!! 10/10

I’ve made a review before with 5 stars, but this review won’t be a very good one. I always tip, this time I was gonna tip in cash since I had money in my purse, we accidentally clicked the receipt option and come to find out they tipped themselves? It’s $1.50, yeah but still…. That’s not right, if their pay is bad, they should encourage asking the customer if they would like to tip how Dutch bros does it, but if they’re tipping themselves pocket change money without the customers acknowledgment, I don’t think someone else would’ve taken this gently. Not exposing the name of the employee.

Recently started coming back to The Human Bean purely for how genuinely personable the staff is. I know that being nice is part of the job description, but the baristas give you the vibe that they didn't need for it to be a job requirement for them to treat you really well and make sure you're getting a really solid bevvie at the same time! I personally go for iced or blended coffee drinks, but they have a pretty good amount of variety on their menu without it being overwhelming to choose from. Super accommodating, and is my new #1 coffee spot!

We went in at 12:30pm last Saturday. Drive-thru seemed very busy, but there was only one customer inside the coffee shop. I got the Granita Caramel which was good. The interior was nice, our cashier was friendly, but I spotted a few flies and spider webs/dusts on the ceiling. I also noticed the BGM got paused frequently which drove me nuts.

I came in and I could tell that the staff was in a hurry, but I clearly stated my order. 2 Snowys, 1 hot, 1 iced, both with whip and the iced one with Carmel drizzle. Please tell me why I pay 13 dollars for 2 coffees and 2 days in a row, you can't put the whip on the iced one? Why do you make me come back to get whip cream? On top of it, why do you go so fast, that you can't make the coffee correctly? I paid for what tastes like 2 cups of coffee flavored water. Would you like both of your days you go to a certain coffee shop to be started like this? Do you guys drink coffee? Do you know how annoying it is to have to pay another 14 dollars at another coffee shop just because One's staff doesn't care about their job.

Me and my mom go there every Friday morning at 5 am. The barista is super friendly, and the coffee is good too. Great start to my day.
