I feel like maybe we went on a bad day since they have a lot of people saying their food is good. That just was not our experience. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty. We ordered some of their BBQ options since it’s in their name it should be good, right? Nope. The brisket was dry, tough and flavorless. The pulled pork was just okay. I think they are scared to use seasoning here because everything else was bland or off. We had classic mac and cheese and buffalo chicken mac and cheese and both had little flavor. The chicken pieces were so tiny, it was almost like it was minced. The smash burger, which was a regular patty and not smashed, was flavorless. The fries were flavorless and not crispy. We got the soft pretzel with cheese and it was also no good.
I felt bad because we left so much food behind.

Bartenders are amazing and so is the food. Highly recommend! And they have the best sports on tv!! Wanna have a good time. Come here!

This is the greatest place I’ve been in a long time. Great food, great atmosphere. And the bartenders make sure you are well taken care of. And I add extra for tips thank you.

Demanded tip for sub-par service. Added it on their own afterwards. Never again.

Edit after owners response: I’ve tried reaching out and am blocked at every turn. After multiple attempts at resolution, your bar manager gave a patronizing “sorry” over the phone and told me to not come back. Do better, pit stop.

Very disappointing experience. If you're not a regular, expect to be ignored or treated poorly. They seem to resent new customers and will even add a tip to your bill if they feel you didn't leave enough. they charged my card however they pleased. I won’t be returning

Not great even under new ownership. Plenty of other low-mid bbq joints out there. Servers and management need a refresh too. Before ownership change, i had to initiate a chargeback summer ‘24 for a gratuity given to themselves while i was still patronizing the venue. I never leave a tip on a card and pay cash after service has been rendered, and was confronted today (a year later) because I didn’t leave a tip when I swiped my card for my meal before receiving it. I always wait to tip after service was given. Server Maddie freaked out and made a scene about “taking personal responsibility.” Found it awkward and performative and funny in a pathetic kind way. Neverthess, I always tip afterwards when service warrants it, but NEVER when it is expected before you even get served.

The Pit Stop fell off and crashed out hard.

We love trivia night. Cassie is the best!
