Place is too small for its current customer base I did come on a Thursday night where they do poker so it could have been busier than usual. service was slow but the one waitress had a lot of customers to deal with so that’s understandable. One annoying part is that the bar and the restaurant have you use separate tabs for each area. This place also has slot machines for those who like to partake. Would recommend, will be going again. Wish I could rate this 9/10 instead of 4/5 ?

Took a chance on this place as we were hungry at lunch time. What a pleasant surprise! Great atmosphere, good variety of beers and drink specials. And what a menu! Could not decide on having the Friday fish and chips or a BBQ plate! Decided on the bbq plate. It was perfect! And the Mac and cheese is too notch! We will be back when we are on that side of town .

To the waitress with glasses: don’t interrupt people’s conversation just to ask people to open the door for you, you could’ve put the drinks down on the table right next to it then open the door yourself.

I'm highly disappointed. I dont know what happened here, but my experience is just a bit wack! I order a half nacho with pulled pork, no beans, and jalapeños on the side. I got a microwaved pile of bag chips (NOT FRESH) and melted shredded cheese from a bag. I got some chopped tomatoe and olive and onion on top and about a 1/4 cup of old pulled pork. This was not freshley smoked pork from today and was very overcooked. Came to pick up my food that i ordered to go and me and my coworker and I decided to have a drink while we wait. How does a shot of titos in the middle of a Thursday afternoon equal $12? That half a bottle price! Just foul! We won't be coming back and will detour everyone simply over the alcohol prices, but food is top 2nd for why not to come here. What bbq pit doesn't have brisket, but truthfull, I'dd expect grocery store deli style brisket from here anyway.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We sat at the bar on a Sunday afternoon trying to order food and we're ignored for all the regulars. The food looked great but if you don't know the bartenders names they will look you in the face and ignore you.

Attended an event last week. Had to initiate a chargeback for a server closing out my tab and helping themselves to a 20% tip an hour and a half before I left the venue. Never received a receipt to sign. When I got a call back from The Pit Stop about the situation, I missed the call and a message wasn’t left. I called back 4 minutes later and was told they didnt call and I was probably trying to call a separate “Pit Stop” entity in Milwaukie and the missed call was “just one of those freak things.” Supremely disappointed as their food has also gone downhill in the last few years.

We’ve been coming to this bar since 2015. Pit is a great local spot for drinks and yummy food. Sunny, a wonderful bartender, makes you feel welcomed and I will continue to come here every time I crave a drink because of HER! She is the light of the bar and literally the “sunshine” I need! and she always welcomes you with a smile on her face. Thank you Sunny & pitstop for being a great local drinking spot!

I have an amazing experience every time when I come with friends! Sunny is the most attentive bartender and is very sweet every time I have come in and will keep coming back just to see her! She helped me specifically find a new favorite drink and made me have a good experience since turning 21!

Anyone who hasn't been here lately, you owe it to your self to go, the best chicken strips I have ever had at a bar, ever......light breading, juicy, fresh, hand-breaded--where does that happen at a bar!!?? and the the price is ridiculous...they practically give them away. Fries are fresh/frozen but still very good, better than most and the barbecue...the brisket is fabulous. I am from Texas, so trust me I know brisket...it is a step ahead of Bill Miller's, and that is saying something! (last statement only makes sense if you are from Texas); the pork barbecue slider are amazing...Rose (?) the manager really works hard to ensure everyone is well taken care of...like if McMenamins is a 5, this is definitely a 8+ service-wise, so surprised by the negative comments on service? And they are Timbers Friendly...rare for a sports bar in the 'burbs--which is a huge plus...great bar all the way around, can't ask for much more and they have 2-3 pool tables and awesome specials. Look, I eat a lot of brewery/bar food...this ranks up in the top 10%...for a 'burb bar, it is as good as it comes. I moved here to the SW (Vista Hills) from downtown Portland, so always on the hunt for good bars...go to Coaches Bar, then come here...you will think you died and went to heaven by comparison. Cheers all.

Hey guys, fix your Uber eats items. Ordered pulled pork with mash, and it rang up with salad. I ordered a salad on the side so now I have twice the rabbit food and no pain halting mash ? I only ordered from you because I wanted some delicious mashed potatoes too.

Jalapeno Mac with 3 or 4 jalaps? Why not add a side of them in that refrigerated Mac?

Quality is pretty great, good quantity for price.

No complaints other than the lack of mash in my delivery order. Thanks!

Edit: that's why I'm saying that your Uber eats setup needs a look at. I know for sure I selected #2, with mash . The receipt ticket did not reflect this, so I understand why its not making sense to you. I think there's something not configured correctly. Maybe next week I'll try again, and give a call to see how it shows up on the printer. Updated to 5 stars for the response. Btw, food is delicious. Thanks
