Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. They belittled my son and I when we were simply looking for a restroom. I thought it looked nice inside and even considered buying something but we don’t purchase anything on Sundays as a religious practice. When I explained this they still insisted we buy something before they would open the restroom for us. We didn’t waste any more time there and will not be back.

I keep coming back to this bubble tea place because they have black sugar boba. The boba is chewy, soft, and flavorful from the brown sugar!

#4 Black Sugar Boba + Pudding Milk with Cream Mousse (pudding is soft and delicious, but sometimes can be difficult to drink because it gets stuck underneath the ice)

Been an avid fan since last year. My top favorites are: -Oolong tea 0 sugar -Soy milk 50 sugar 50 ice pudding w/cream mousse boba -Oolong Tea w/Cheese Foam no boba
I like my tea bitter and not much of a sugar fan, so tiger sugar is often the only place where I go and get my drinks. I order online and do take out. At least with my visits; I've been greeted kindly by the staff and my drinks were perfectly sealed, and always safe for take out. Right now they're doing a buy 1 get 1 free for pudding w/cream mousse boba. Highly recommended! Esp 50sugar and alt milk if needed.
Love the vibe of hip music. It's very fun and modern - different from other shops which is unique.

Please be more customer oriented. If a customer comes to you with comments about what they dislike about their drink, instead of turning them away, attempt to change their experience. For the sake of your business at least.

Low quality overpriced boba and doesn’t taste good.
I ordered a matcha drink (# 8) and immediately just did not like the taste. I very politely let the lady at the counter know and asked if I could have a different one. She said no. How disappointing! All they had to do to make it right was make me a better flavor and I would be happy and not trashing them. Plus, there was no one else in line so really no excuse not to please a customer. They're just lazy and terrible at customer service!
When I think about it, I've never been refused at a restaurant when I ask for a different order based on my meal not tasting good. An $8 drink should come with a modicum of good service.

Over hyped and over priced. Ordered the black sugar boba and pearl milk with cream mousse. My drink looked absolutely nothing like the picture and taste was very mild. Wouldn't order again.
