I have to admit I'm addicted to the Loaded hashbrowns, however one thing I would say is that the portions can be quite different depending on the day. I've ordered them 3 times within a week (Don't judge, I like what I like!) And it's a HUGE upgrade from hospital food! 😂 All 3 times the amount of food was different. For the price, I just want a good big portion. (the price is decent compared to a few other places!).
I don't like being negative, so I say this as nice as possible... When I call in my order the girl who takes the order doesn't seem to understand very well and then another lady will get on the phone to figure out what I'm wanting. The loaded hashbrowns aren't on the menu, so they have to put the order in a certain way which is fine. But the phone etiquette needs a little work. 😉
So all around I'd absolutely recommend Tom's! Just wish the portion sizes were consistent and a little bigger! If it was made into a full-sized meal w/eggs as I like, I'd absolutely love that and would continue purchasing. But can't afford to pay for a small portion that leaves me still hungry and drooling for more afterwards.

I am always a big tipper, and I don’t know if I was being judged because I was there with my small child because my power was out, but the service was awful. It took forever for somebody to come to our table. Took a long time to get food. My eggs for my eggs Benedict were overcooked. They didn’t have fresh strawberries for the Belgian waffles. I agreed to the strawberry compote, but it’s annoying. I had coffee grounds in my coffee. Nobody offered to refill my coffee. I had to track somebody down to get my ticket and my boxes to take the food to go. Won’t be coming back.

Some of the best pancakes ive ever had. I got the regular buttermilk pancakes and they were excellent, light and fluffy....( get extra butter)
