Great atmosphere and great food. Went on a date night and neither of us had ever had Burmese food before. The food was very, very good and the waiter was helpful, knowledgeable, and had good suggestions. Beautiful place for date or friend gathering.
Unique, outstanding food and excellent service. The biryani is a huge portion -- consider sharing it!
The food is pretty meh in my opinion. The tamarind wings were good and the chicken curry was good too. Everything else was pretty boring. There were 6 of us so we shared a lot of dishes family style. Definitely skip the paratha dip. It's 8 little greasy wedges of some sort of flat bread with a tiny dish of flavorless goo. We tried multiple drinks and while they look fancy in kitschy glasses, some of them even light up, they are completely unremarkable. The service was pretty good and the ambiance was decent too, but don't be fooled by the pics of lush green plants- a lot of them are fake plastic plants.
Reservation didn't seem to matter, told it would be a 10 minute wait that ended up being 30. HOWEVER, staff was lovely and accommodating, comped our drinks, and rushed our food to get us to our next event on time. Staff did everything in their control to save our night and we appreciate it!
From walking in the door thru the entire meal experience Lisa and team delivered with professionalism. The food, the service was perfection! Well done!!!
I was first struck by how beautiful the interior of Bistro Royale is. They have put some serious thought and effort into the ambiance. It feels like an escape into a magical universe with delicious smells and delicious food to match. We ordered several dishes and shared the among our group.
The robots stole the show. The kids were captivated by the robots rolling around the restaurants with the food. It's quite impressive.

Quality has decreased, server was sick, bathroom not clean. Love the attitude of the people and the atmosphere but the food is slipping.
The food took a long time to arrive ( and we were the first people in lunch service) and it was barely lukewarm. The only thing positive about this is that the food was comped as a result.
First visit here as it was highly recommended by friends. Food was OUTSTANDING. Visit was on a Tuesday evening and not very busy. We appreciated the quiet as we were able to converse easily. Only wish was that we stagged our dishes as the food came out much too quickly. Will be back!
The hostess was not very accommodating to my wife's wheelchair. This was to the point of me feeling angry, and I am pretty easy going. The waiter was excellent. The food was pretty good but VERY expensive for what we got. It was $90 for the two of us with tip. We ordered several appetizers and each had a tasty kombucha. No main course and left not totally full. I don't plan to return.

Great place if you want vegan/vegetarian options that are actually tasty. We were in the area and wanted to try something new today. I had the samosas and Shan Noodles and loved them both. The portion sizes were good, we had enough of our entrees left to take home. Got a kick out of the cute little robot that brings the food out, and the human employees we met were awesome too. We’re excited to show this place to friends!
Great atmosphere but wildly overpriced. Our bill was $60+ for two people. 2 curries and 2 drinks. Both drinks were very small and the curries were tiny, small amounts of food. If you're going to charge $23 for a pumpkin curry at least make it worth it. Pumpkin is such a cheap ingredient...

Burmese food in Beaverton, yay! The experience was lovely. The moment you walk in, there's vibe to it. Dark, leatherette bench seating, lots of plants, golden light from the bulbs. It was quiet when we got there, but the noise rose as it got more crowded. The menu is the right amount of limited- spicier options, vegan, meat, noodles, salads. The tea leaf salad is wonderful. For real. Everyone at my table commented. I had the pumpkin curry, which was delicious. Two of my party had the eggplant dish, which I tried (i don't like eggplant) and it was good for eggplant. Another party member had the beef, and I was told it was tender and delicious. The paraphrase were very good, not greasy. I will definitely get the rose lassi next time, because I am definitely going back. But maybe I should say it's awful so it doesn't get too popular!!

Cool vibe but the food was a bit of a letdown. We ordered the 3 curry “family style feast” and were disappointed by the small portions compared to the larger portions we would’ve gotten if we had ordered them separately for only a few dollars more each. This was not indicated on the menu and we were left feeling unsatisfied. The chicken curry and okra curry were also both pretty bland. The sweet pumpkin curry was great, but it wasn’t enough to salvage a pretty disappointing experience overall

I have been visiting this restaurant for a while, and they have maintained a good quality food. I have tried following dishes and all of them were excellent: Shaan noodles, burmeese chicken curry, coconut noodles, sweet pumpkin curry.
The ambience is good, though I would suggest more mini-lights on table.
This restaurant has a robot to serve food which is interesting and kind of entertaining.
