Finally got to try this place and wasn't disappointed. The food was delicious and everything including cocktails were beautifully presented. I wasn't aware that reservations were encouraged so when we showed up Friday night they only had outdoor or bar seating so we sat at the bar so would recommend making reservations. Service was great despite being very busy and I liked the atmosphere.

Went a year ago and loved the food. Tonight we came back and were so disappointed- the biryani is incredibly bland (like turmeric rice) and the Shan noodles tasted more like chili oil than curry. Very overpriced for the food quality.We sat outside which was lovely in the sunny weather although service was very slow and we felt a bit forgotten.We are both having stomach pains now and slightly worried about potential food poisoning.Overall I would not come back to this location.

Beautiful interior. Transports you to a pleasant eating space when you walk in. The food was delicious! It was all our first time and went with Tea leaf salad, Beef curry and the whole tilapia. We all enjoyed it here. Dante seemed to step in as River our waitress was inattentive and distracted (why not 5 stars). He was very helpful on answering our questions, circling back on us and all around wonderful. We all agree we would come here again and hope we get staff like Dante to wait on us. Thank you!

Love the ambience and enjoy every food they have to offer. My son is a big fan of the robot servers... Their menus are very well labeled and they are aware of allergen and take care of that. It's a wonderful place for vegan options too...Dietary restrictions: They have good vegan options and take great care of allergens.Kid-friendliness: My son was hungry and cranky on one of our visits and the server sent a tropical flower with the robot to our table making my little one smile and distracted him until the order arrived... He still tells everyone the robot brought me a flower with a smile ?
Nice quite place. Servers were great at times and MIA at times. They have robot servers as well, but it was hard to see the benefit since waiters still had to hand the food off. Had the beef curry, which was good but a little dry. The strawberry falooda dessert was very good. Others I was with and a variety of other entres and they really enjoyed them.Parking: The tow a lot of cars around there, so be sure you legally park in a designated spot.

I discovered Top Burmese through a Hello Rose City segment and was intrigued to visit. However, recent reviews revealed numerous 1-star ratings and hinted at drama involving a former employee’s negative experience.As a student of employment law at Cornell University’s online program, this raised concerns, prompting me to reach out to the former employee on Instagram to learn more. She explained she was terminated for three reasons: a customer complaint about her facial expression, a mistake with a DoorDash order, and allegedly excessive talking at work. However, she claims she never received prior warnings or support from management.Furthermore, she shared that two former coworkers left due to similar issues, such as lack of coverage affecting breaks and financial stability. The absence of an HR department made the termination process unfair, allowing the company to fire employees without proper recourse.Additionally, the former employee mentioned working unpaid hours and inadequate training, leading to criticism for mistakes she wasn’t trained to avoid. Moreover, after posting her review, she faced further criticism from a purported employee who had left a negative review about her, which she found immature and unprofessional. The review was posted shortly after her termination and appeared to be authored by a member of the Top Burmese team, despite the company being at fault.Top Burmese, despite its expansion to seven restaurants, should be held accountable for its actions and management practices. Venus was my ABSOLUTELY FAVORITE hostess, she’s so pretty and beautiful and funny. when I heard she got fired, i was so distraught. how dare y’all fire somebody so amazing and talented. shame on y’all frfr, i wanted to throw up today just thinking about it. the food isn’t the same…the atmosphere isn’t the same…this restaurant isn’t the same without THE venus ?

This restaurant disappointed me so much. Was recommended it by a friend and decided to check it out. I ordered the Ginger Salad as i can don’t eat meat from anywhere. The salad looked fine at first but i found a finger nail in it. I told my server and he gave me an attitude and when i asked for a new one he just told me to remove the nail and eat the salad. Definitely not coming back. 0/5 experience!
