Went with a couple of friends, good food and great atmosphere. Nice staff who look after you. Triva Wednesdays are a blast.

Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it?
We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it.
The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

Horrible service & food! Went for our son's b-day. It took 1.5 hours to get our pizza - said it was the kitchen's fault, but most likely did not put our order in. The pizza was doughy, undercooked & hardly any toppings. Did not have the appetizers we ordered. Kept forgetting to bring drink refills. Then gave us the wrong bill! That is the last time we will go there.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Ordered online and got only 1 of the 5 sauces that was supposed to come with the order. With how expensive it is you'd think they could get the cheap part of it right.

We hadn't ordered from here in a couple of months. One of my favorite places. I will no longer order from here. Tenders were about 1/3 of the size of what they used to be. Very little chicken, mostly breading. Waffle fries were awful, soggy, undercooked.....and no longer have the chips they used to make. Big disappointment

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from here. Although the chicken was “tender”, what I got for $10 was 6 nuggets and a half cup of sauce. Totally misleading when you look at the pictures on the website and read the descriptions. I also ordered the wings and they were ok and “typical sized”. But one of them was a half a drummette. I would not recommend. Also the waffle fries had no seasoning at all which contradicts their description.

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place
I’ve ordered from this place twice now and it was really good the first time I had it but this time when I ordered through DoorDash, this is what was delivered to me. Totally unacceptable! Was really looking forward to be so disappointed. Doordash refund me but I don’t think I will be ordering from them again because I’m not paying $9 for 3 nuggets

This was my first experience with Twisted Tenders and i can say in full confdence I will never be ordering from them again.I got a 6 piece tenders meal with a side of the mac and cheese and both were highly dissapointing.13 dollars got me: 6 chicken nugget sized pieces of chicken, and about half a cup of mac and cheese.My highschool used to serve plastic cheese with no seasoning over overcooked noodles- I would rather have the highschool mac than the under cooked, under seasoned day old nacho cheese dip this mac and cheese tasted like.Dominos makes better chicken for a better price.The meal would not even sastify a child as even they definitely wouldnt touch the mac and cheese- I kid you not that it looked like it had been sitting out for A Bit, and the chicken was somehow wet (not crispy) and yet dry at the same time.Sorry for the lack of picture- I had been working all day and was starving. I hope i dont regret it in a couple hours.

We ordered takeout today and were extremely disappointed. This was our first time eating here and pretty much everything that could have gone wrong, did. The chicken was extremely dry, fries were cold, and my husband ordered the chipotle mac and cheese which was completely inedible. We will not be returning.

The food was beyond horrible. Almost every single chicken tender was burnt. Like not edible burnt. My daughter her prefers her food like this could hardly eat. Also the Mac and cheese sucked. I could have went to raising cane's paid less and got drinks for way better quality. Smh 0 starts ?
