I go through the drive through but in my opinion the Cali burrito is absolute heaven

I eat here at Cedar Hills, every day. I get excellent service from Banessa, and she recognizes me every day. Always smiling. Staff here is quite friendly. Although I have dined at Tanasbourne, I appreciate the Cedar Hills team because they keep this place clean. Big differences from the two dining facilities, are mostly the staff. Their service is consistent, & on Sundays, I golf. Although the golf course is closer to Tanasbourne, I prefer to drive further to Cedar Hills because I prefer the professionalism of this staff, in comparison.

Rachel was my cashier today and she has amazing costumer service! My hot came out hot and fast!

Lady was very rude at the speaker. When I got home and opened up all my food each item was incorrect each one had the wrong type of meat and missing toppings. Pretty insane especially for the price of this place.

Not my first choice, they don’t offer properly cooked dishes, put cold cheese on nachos. Too much sauce and salt that just made the dish inedible. Soggy bread on the sandwich. Asking for tips in drive thru but They often can’t answer questions about the menu and get orders wrong.
Mexicali express blows this place out of the water on, price, taste, food quality and service. The only bad thing is they don’t offer tortas. I’m a 40 yr old mother of 4 and had a worker wait for me outside to ask for my phone number, he appeared about 16. Someone needs have a staff meeting about work place professionalism. The prices are way too high for unpleasant food. I don’t think this place will be my first choice of Mexican restaurants. U can dine in for less money than this fast food restaurant.

Good, cheap, mexican food in a pinch. Staff is alway nice. I’ve ordered here 3 times and unfortunately, every time I have either had wrong or completely missing items.

The first time I ordered a basic lunch burrito (forget the name) and received a breakfast burrito. Which isn’t what I was expecting but sill good. Figured they were just busy since it was about noon.
Second time, I ordered a basic burrito with chorizo and chips with queso. Only received the chips and queso. I had it delivered, so I wasn’t going to drive all the way back and that sucked.
Third time, today. Ordered breakfast burrito with chorizo. While I receive the burrito this time(!) it had bacon instead but was labeled chorizo.

Everything always tastes okay but I have never had a completely correct order so just be aware and check your order before you leave.

Horrible food for the price!!! 16$ for a burrito??? Then does not give us part of our order, and then wants to argue that they did. There is alot better food out there for less money.

I order your regular basic carne burrito well when I got home it was a rice burrito full of rice a table spoon of beans and another table spoon of carne asada. I was so mad that they cheated out of my money with a burrito full of rice that just tossed to the trash can . Won't be going back to Victor Ricos anymore

Waited 15min for an order of rice and guacamole. The staff did not even ask me about my order. And the woman who took the order did not even check to see if my order was ready. I will not be eating at this restaurant ever again.

I very rarely offer a five star review, even a four star for that matter, to a fast food chain, but Victorico’s is my go-to for a hearty bacon breakfast burrito. They do it right (by my standards)… basically a good ol’ American breakfast of bacon, eggs, cheese and fried potatoes, rolled up in a big flour tortilla. Pro-tip: I order the “Double meat breakfast burrito” which is usually bacon and ham, which is good as-is, but I usually have them substitute the ham with more bacon. *Double* bacon breakfast burrito. Boom. And, they don’t skimp on the ingredients. You get a big hefty breakfast out of that burrito — probably enough to feed two people, but I’m a big man with a big appetite, and that burrito leaves me satisfied. Atmosphere: fast food. (I don’t actually know what it’s like inside. I’ve probably ordered 200 breakfast burritos from a handful of Victoricos locations, and have yet to step foot into one of them. Service: Always good.
