I’ve been a Wendy’s customer for well over 10 years and have experienced several different managers during that time, but one truly stands out above the rest: Alice.
Every time I pull up to the drive-thru, there’s a camera, and the moment Alice recognizes me, I’m greeted with genuine excitement and joy. That level of recognition and enthusiasm makes such a difference and keeps me coming back.
The customer service Alice provides is consistently excellent. My order is always correct, my food is always hot and fresh, and the overall quality is top-notch. Alice is always upbeat, positive, and reliable, qualities that are hard to come by.

The blond head manager was rude and disrespectful She sat there smiling while arguing with me because she was way to flirty with my husband. I will never go back as long as she’s there, she didn’t care at all that I was there with my family just trying to get food. I hope the upper management does something about this. It’s so sad that people like her can have no care.

This place runs like a well oiled machine. The employees are very nice and efficient. Allen is an older gentleman who greats very customer with a pleasant smile and warm help. He’s a gem. You won’t be disappointed visiting this location. Management is especially great too.

I ordered delivery from here tonight (11:00 pm on a Saturday) and wanted to make sure anyone working tonight gets an extra pat on the back. Despite the late weekend hour we got everything we ordered and it was genuinely fresh and delicious. The veggies were crisp, the soda was bubbly, everything hit the spot after a long day at work. Make sure you give these folks a shout out!
This place is super lightning fast, and always gets the orders correct. I think that they're telepathic. Keep it up Wendy's!

Dude at the window brags about being able to beat the heat in the walk in freezer and that the smoke looks nice in the vents when he smokes. Also showed off two new tattoos, one of which looked like was leaking.
