I returned home over the weekend, fully expecting to enjoy a Bacon Double Stack — a simple pleasure, nothing extravagant, nothing that should require divine intervention. And yet what awaited me in that bag was nothing short of a culinary offense.
For the second time, I discovered not the noble Bacon Double Stack I requested, but a measly Jr.-sized impostor, trembling in its wrapper like it knew it had no right to exist. Worse still — prepare yourself — there was no bacon. Not a strip. Not a fragment. Not even the faint aroma of someone considering bacon.
The audacity.
Yes, I could have driven back to demand justice, but truly, should a patron be required to mount a full-scale expedition simply to receive the food they ordered? Must I now approach every Wendy’s visit as though embarking on a treasure hunt?
In conclusion: this establishment has, yet again, committed a grievous insult to both my order and my standards. I expected a meal. Instead, I received disappointment in sandwich form.

If you deliver for a platform think twice about accepting orders from this location specially during late night shift. I usually have no issues delivering from Wendy's around the area but this location needs support.

Twice now they’ve forgotten our sauces for our nuggets, and completely forgotten our cheese fries. The customer service was terrible felt like they were just rushing us through the drive thru. I called to complain but of course no one answered the phone.
The girl taking my order at the drive thru was not friendly. I asked for a Frosty half vanilla half chocolate and she said no it’s either chocolate or vanilla. Never have had any issues ordering this prior.

Took my family through the drive-thru for dinner. I realized that I forgot to order fries for my daughter, so at the window, I apologized and asked if we could add fries to the order. Instead, the guy at the window rolled his eyes and told me I'll have to get back in line to order because there was someone behind me. I'm 90% certain he was a manager based on how he was dressed.
A request that would've taken you 1 minute to complete instead turned into a 1-star review, so have fun explaining that one to your GM.

We must have sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. When handed our bag, the person told us we got an extra burger...luckily, my husband checked the bag because we hadn't gotten our fries! I will never be back.
