Oh my gosh I am so excited this just opened!! I got bbq chicken wings, garlic parmesan chicken, and fries!! The bbq went straight into their nummy ranch sauce and it was delicious. (There ranch is my favorite.) My whole family left super full and happy. That included my handsome grandson, who said he wants to have it for dinner tonight too. I might go broke soon. The manager was easy to talk to and checked on us as we ate.

This was my second time ordering, and I really wanted to give it another chance. I ordered online, but when I received my food, I was disappointed again. The chicken tenders and wings barely had any sauce on them, which left them dry and hard. I ended up just picking at the chicken for what I could eat. Even the Louisiana fries hardly had any sauce — just plain and not enjoyable. The first time this happened, I didn’t say anything because I figured maybe it was just an off day. But this time I couldn’t enjoy my meal at all and ended up throwing the fries away.

I almost cried cause I placed an order online and I received no receipt to verify my purchase besides a bank transaction. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Helped me get a refund. Staff and manager were incredible ✨😁🙏🏾

Food is great, when it’s correct. Ordered 8 hot honey wings and two hot honey strips. I did not receive the strips and the wings were so lightly seasoned I may as well have ordered them plain. This is a consistent issue with quality. When it’s good it’s great but they get it wrong so often so wrong that it’s not good at all.
Had an amazing experience food came out fresh and crispy 😋. My server named Lake was so patient and respectful with me when my card kept declining. Will be coming back

Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten from anywhere. On line orders are done by a “separate entity” so if you have an issue like oh idk MULTIPLE transactions on your credit card but no actual order placed… GOOD LUCK! Management staff is about as intelligent as a burnt piece of toast. And I’m pretty sure they dug up the counter staff from a Lobotomy ward.
