This WingStop has wonderful service they greet you and make you feel welcomed when you walk into the store, the guy who took my order always double checks to make sure you get what you ordered.

Had a terrible experience inside. My girlfriend and I walked in about an hour before closing time, plenty of time to fry some wings. The cashier stood there and asked his crew how long it would take, to which his crew responded about 50 minutes, as they stood there and laughed while staring at us. My girl and I felt so uncomfortable from their customer service alone that we refused to purchase from this location again. Hopefully, management can train their employees to be more polite and professional, instead of them pressuring you into not purchasing anything simply cause it's an hour to close.

Ordered delivery for 30 boneless wings and fries. Half the order was missing when it arrived. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone via national routing system. When we finally got a hold of this local branch the worker tried to blame the missing order on their delivery partner DoorDash (we ordered through the WingStop website, who they contract to deliver is not the problem, the sealed bag was missing food). Worker was rude and unhelpful. Eventually spoke to store manager who said he would throw in extras and encouraged us to come to pick up what was missing, causing a hardship which was why we originally ordered delivery. We made the trip to the store, manager wouldn’t talk to us. Worker said our order “must’ve just gotten lost in the kitchen” and gave us the missing food, no extras that were promised.Worst customer service possibly imaginable.Save yourself a massive headache and AVOID this restaurant at all costs.

I almost don’t have words for how disgusting and truly vile my experience was at this wingstop on a Saturday night. Completely unsanitary and I’m sure violating like 1000 health codes. I will not be coming back here and really wanted to warn people- do not order from here if you care about food safety. I understand that wingstop is a fast food place but seriously, the things I saw while waiting 60+ minutes for my food was unreal.

Tried the chicken sandwich for the 1st time. Chicken was juicy and delicious! Got the combo meal and it’s only $8.99! Can’t go wrong with hand-cut fries either. Great portion sizes and plan to get it again.

Employees chatting while it extremely busy, not focused on getting customers food, also texting every 2 seconds while grabbing foodunsanitary . 45 minutes past pickup time. Unprofessional. Lots of customers waiting extreme wait times and complaining.

This place is an absolute disgrace. If I could give it zero stars, I would gladly do so. I placed an order online, expecting a 60-90 minute wait, which was already unacceptable. Upon arrival, I was met by a blonde bimbo more interested in her phone than serving customers. Despite informing her of my online order, I was told to wait an additional 20 minutes. After enduring over two and a half hours of waiting, I discovered my order had been neglected for over an hour while she idled away on her phone. By the time I finally received my food, it was as cold as her indifference to customer service. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated with utter disrespect and incompetence.

My review is based on customer service after I called the store and spoke to an employee to inform them that my order was incorrect. Although it was pretty busy this evening for this location, the employee who took my order could be a little friendlier but overall my problem was solved with an in-store credit. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to be a little more courteous. Food was delicious so nothing wrong there.

Ordered online and was told it would be 38 minutes. It took an hour and a half. Staff was rude, didn't help people in the order at which they lined up to be helped. Update: we got our food and it was very disappointing, no forks or napkins and the food was definitely subpar for Wing Stop.

Existence

Waited for 2 hours for my food, went up and asked for my food 3 times to be told it was not done. Went up there again to find out she had the food there for over 30 mins just sitting there. It was cold and tasted like garbage. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
