This food cart is operating illegally without a permit. Other food carts nearby have gone through the extremely rigorous and expensive and time consuming process, but not these guys.I cannot support a place that thinks the rules don’t apply to them. This takes money directly away from the hard working families that try to make ends meet the legal way.

This was single-handedly the worst experience ever. I had two items missing and my food was so cold. Avoid this place at all cost

What you do actually get is almost as good as the downtown pdx location. I got doordash from this location instead of the downtown one for some reason when it's normally that one, and this one is the first time I've ever had items missing, and it was well over half the order.

Ordered Uber Eats from tigard location and got the teriyaki chicken bowl with 1 egg roll ( never received it). Also ordered 4 pack bao buns (got 6 that were frozen) they were VERY VERY VERY BLAND, couldnt even tell what was in it. Please DO NOT EAT HERE! unless you like bland, burnt, frozen food.

Placed a delivery order from their Tigard location (not sure why it's not listed on here). Received only two very ice cold bao and no orange chicken and no utensils (I had ordered chopsticks). I attempted to contact them about it and instead got some third party jackass who refused to put me in contact with the store so I could deal with them directly. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
Tasted like a white suburban lunch lady tried to make stir fry, then stuffed it in a Bao and on top of clumpy rice. Uber eats should not list this restaurant on their app.

I’ve ordered twice from them, and both times there were items missing from my order. The food is not good either. Frozen/microwaved/old dumplings with gross fillings.

Honestly just go the few extra blocks to the food catel pod. I'm giving two stars since they do have some late night hours. The bao leave a lot to be imagined. Ordered 6 different flavored and only liked 1 of them.
